I bought a Tier 2 deal through SaaSZilla, but once I started using the app, I found it less valuable than expected because it still needs years of development to reach the expected production level. So, I decided to request a refund. I submitted the refund request via SaaSZilla almost two weeks ago and have since sent them four emails without receiving any response. The company seems like a group of scammers, so never buy any LTD through SaaSZilla

I lost $599 on the Chatbreezes lifetime deal from SaaSzilla. The founder ran a clear cash grab, listed the business for sale just 2 months after the deal, and by July 2025 the platform shut down completely.

When buyers reported this, SaaSzilla stalled, then made fake promises of refunds in credits. It has been over a month since that “announcement” and they’ve completely ghosted us, no responses to emails, comments, or support tickets.

Meanwhile, they continue to push new deals and take commissions, while refusing to take responsibility for the losses of existing customers. This shows SaaSzilla prioritizes profit over buyers and uses empty promises as damage control.

Be warned: SaaSzilla is not a trustworthy platform. If you value your money, avoid buying from them.

I want to share my experience with Saaszilla after buying a lifetime deal for Eyeris.io—and why I will never buy from them again.

I’ve bought plenty of lifetime deals over the years, so I know there are sometimes hiccups. But what happened here is simply unacceptable. I purchased Eyeris through Saaszilla (nearly £200), set everything up properly, and used my Gmail for the account because I knew my website would soon be closing.

When I contacted Eyeris support about migrating away from WordPress and WooCommerce, things went downhill fast. Without consulting me, they changed my login to force me to use my soon-to-be-closed website. My access was cut off, despite me explaining exactly why that wouldn’t work. It took three months of headaches and chasing to get access restored—and by then, my Saaszilla purchase had effectively disappeared. All I was offered was a “free account,” which is nowhere near what I paid for.

I reached out to Saaszilla expecting some backup. Instead, there was nothing—no help, no accountability, no support for the customer who actually bought through them.

After this mess, I won’t be risking my money with Saaszilla again. From now on, I’ll stick with AppSumo. At least they’ve proven they stand by their customers when things go wrong. If you value your time (and your wallet), learn from my mistake: avoid Saaszilla and go elsewhere for your deals.

I purchased software through Saaszilla, which worked well from a technical point of view. I was a bit confused and first wanted a downgrade, then an upgrade again...
The support responded very quickly, very competently and friendly, and guided me through the processes. The refund and the refilling of the account worked very well.

I can recommend Saaszilla without reservation.
