We visited the NYC showroom and saw a beautiful selection of gowns. We found 4 perfect dresses for our events and received the most attentive and thoughtful service and advice. Then, the dresses were tailored to fit us perfectly. We highly recommend Sachin &Babi!!

Awful product. Very cheap looking. Jumped at buying during clearance because I had so much faith in the brand. Dress unwearable. Very poor quality. They refuse to consider a refund despite contacting them the same day of delivery.

Visited the showroom and really was not able to understand the differences in the dress I was interested in. Was told to look at the website. Then, I did just look at the website and ordered what I thought was just a different “pattern” and was totally a different fit/fabric feel. The dress I received while not what I expected was a beautiful dress and true to size. Unfortunately, it was not what I wanted and was on clearance and could not return! After many emails back and forth I was able to understand better and did in fact buy another one, that was what I was hoping for in the first place. Disappointed in my 50$ showroom appointment.

It wasn’t clear that final sale items couldn’t be refunded. They also wouldn’t cancel the order as they said it was too late as being processed. Would not buy from them again . If the dress does not fit will have to try to sell it

Ive only recently discovered your brand. I was a bit nervous trying to decide on the appropriate size to order. Luckily i chose correctly.
I love the 2 dresses i chose. Your textures and colirs are exquusite.
I live in a tropical climate in an upscale development. Think island vibe. There are venues and events which call for your styles however i’d like you to consider a few
ideas. 1) more midi length rather than maxi 2) cap or half sleeves and 3)either sude zippers or pulls with a hole so its possible to self zip rather than needing assistance.

Ordering from the site is simple and shipping is wonderful. However, the return policy is very stringent and while I don't mind the 14 day return window, they have not acknowledged my return and we are going on 19 days. I have worked with other companies who let you know immediately when they received the product return and even tell you the time frame of when you will receive your refund. I have over $2000 in returns (I kept one of the dresses) and they have not acknowledged receipt of my returns.

The dress is well made and is true to size, The colour is not vibrant as advertised . It is a sad colour green . I am the mother of the bride. It is a happy occasion and therefore , I am going to return it . I appreciate your inquiry .

I was anxious about ordering an MOB dress online but as soon as I took the dress out of the box I could tell it was well made. The fabric is luxurious: a flowy satin that is not too thin to show every bump but light enough for a July wedding. Colors are rich and well chosen. Dress construction is exceptional- cannot wait to wear it!

First dress too small. Exchange was easy. Second dress perfect. Well made, fit great.
