The dress is absolutely stunning.
Unfortunately, based on my measurements, the Sachin & Babin sizing chart provided on the web store recommended I order a size 6. That seemed out of the question as I am 6’1” and weigh 165 lbs. I ordered an 8 and couldn’t get it over my hips.
So, the onus was on me to return and exchange for a size 10. I am hopeful it fits. It’s such a lovely gown.

The dress came quick but needed to exchange for a smaller size they made it very easy.

Daisy in customer service was very helpful in confirming details for me regarding availability to book an alternations appointment.

I love the dress that I purchased. However it needed to be altered and when I called your company I was told my dress did not meet the criteria for having the dress altered. I even asked if I could pay for the alternations and was met with an emphatic no.
This seems odd to me given that you are in the business of making clothes that most likely require fittings.
My son is getting married next year and I was thinking of purchasing a dress from your company. I am torn - I like your dresses but not your customer service.

It was easy to order and I loved all of the colors and patterns. I had to return both dresses I bought as the fit was not good for me. I will try some other dresses from you.

Dresses are beautiful! So is the jewelry! I can’t wait to wear gown to my son’s wedding! I ordered two sizes. Easy returns with dress that did not fit. I ended up with size 2. Fit is true to size to slightly large.

I love the dress and ordered the size I wear and it was 2 sizes too small. I expressed delivered it for an event and couldn’t wear it so it was disappointing. The company should let people know - if you wear a size 8, order a size 10. But the dress is perfect and beautiful and I will have to return.

Customer service was excellent. Prompt, professional and comprehensive responses via email. I needed to exchange dress fie different size and was pressed on timelines for alterations. They accommodated me by shipping the new dress as soon as they received notice that the dress being exchanged was in transit. I will start my search with Sachin & Babi in the future!

Took many weeks to receive the dress. It was not at all as advertised. The color was dull, there was no waist and no bell sleeves as shown on the model. And for almost $800 the fabric looked cheap. A complete disappointment.
