Customer service was excellent. Prompt, professional and comprehensive responses via email. I needed to exchange dress fie different size and was pressed on timelines for alterations. They accommodated me by shipping the new dress as soon as they received notice that the dress being exchanged was in transit. I will start my search with Sachin & Babi in the future!

Took many weeks to receive the dress. It was not at all as advertised. The color was dull, there was no waist and no bell sleeves as shown on the model. And for almost $800 the fabric looked cheap. A complete disappointment.

Terrible Returns Experience
Had to order 4 dresses in 3 separate orders to get sizing right. Am still waiting on refunds for the 3 returns. Dresses have been in their possession for 4 and 5 weeks at this point as it was 2 separate returns. Have gotten zero communication about the returns.

Very slow to credit returns
Very disappointed in your return process. The time it takes to get a refund is ridiculous and unlike any other retailer I have dealt with. It feels like you are holding the customers money for cashflow because you get the package back and then have a set 30 day date for refund. Unacceptable and not customer friendly.

Entire experience has exceeded expectations
