After an error by my bridal shop or designer for a MOB gown. I ordered a replacement gown on a Friday morning and received a carefully packaged gown on Saturday! I love this gown. Beautiful dresses, terrible return process
My wife loves the Sachin & Babi brand; she has purchased eight dresses in the last six months. She is extremely pleased with the products and constantly keeps an eye out for new styles. However, there is a major issue with Sachin & Babi: their return policy and operational processes. My wife returned two of the dresses immediately—just 30 minutes after delivery—while they were still in their original, flawless condition. Despite this, we have been waiting over 40 days for the return process to be completed. This is unacceptable. I have put a stop to my wife shopping at Sachin & Babi until the return process is finalized.

We're sorry the returns have felt like such a long wait. Our refunds are processed within 30 business days of the items arriving back with us, which works out to roughly six weeks on the calendar, so these two are still moving through that window. We know that's little comfort when the dresses went back the same day they arrived, and we'd rather look into it than ask you to keep waiting.

I spoke to live customer service reps 2 different times who both offered a suggestion that I didn't know about and saved me money. They were friendly, polite and personal.
