Very disappointed at the dress I got did not look like it will fit as pictured showed and although I contacted them right after it was delivered within 1hr they would not let me return it or at least get store credit.

The dress arrived and fit perfectly on me.
The dress arrived and fit perfectly on my petite frame. I have very little to alter! The fabric was even more beautiful in person and the design is very flattering on my 5’ 1” frame. I am short waisted and the flat pleats help to elongate me! I am wearing this dress to my daughters wedding. It might be the most comfortable and simply stunning dress i will have ever worn to a wedding ever. And it has pockets!!

Fina sales not well marked
Usually each item is identified as final sale and not just at the top of the clearance page. We missed it. I bought two sizes of the same dress and each one they won't take back. They are too big. One I never even tried on. Really bad customer service. I will never shop here again.

Just a shawl.
There was an Instagram ad for a shawl, and it was pictured with a dress, and the dress was not included, and it was not available to buy, and I was very disappointed. Had to send the Michele back. I was offered no discount towards another dress that match the shawl so there’s no reason at all to purchase the shawl other than it gets rid of your inventory.

I do with they would extend the 14 day return policy as it’s very difficult to decide on wedding dresses in that short period of time.
