I paid for next day service…unfortunately it arrived 2 days later. Thankfully I was still able to get it hemmed in time.

I wish they made even daywear and more casual dresses! I would definitely buy them. I have bought 3 dresses (and would have been 4 if they had the Royal Gardens still) in the last month. The quality (fabric, cut, stitching, etc) is incredible and a deal for the price point! Recommending the Shay and the brand to everyone I know!

The dress is absolutely beautiful! It arrived in a timely manner. My only hiccup was that when I couldn’t find my email confirmation, I contacted customer service, who told me they had no record of my order (I had lost my wallet and was in the middle of getting new cards, so wasn’t sure which card I had used). In a panic, I reordered, only to receive two of the same dress a couple of days apart. But they promptly sent a return label and took care of the problem.

I was excited to get the dress
I was excited to get the dress, but it did not fall right I had tried on dresses and stores, and they did not have my size, but I loved the fit. The fit was perfect in the stores where I tried on the dresses. This seems almost like a different brand. It was called a secret sale so I can’t return it so I’m out 400 and something dollars.
