I was excited to get the dress
I was excited to get the dress, but it did not fall right I had tried on dresses and stores, and they did not have my size, but I loved the fit. The fit was perfect in the stores where I tried on the dresses. This seems almost like a different brand. It was called a secret sale so I can’t return it so I’m out 400 and something dollars.

The quality of the fabric and construction of the dress was very good. The dress was sized accurately. It arrived quickly. Unfortunately, the cleavage was lower than expected, so I needed to return it, but the return when easily.

You sent me the wrong dress after I…
You sent me the wrong dress after I ordered in person at the showroom on my second appointment on July 24. A month later, you informed me by email that the dress I wanted was no longer available and you were not producing more. Your only offer was a size up that would have to be tailored: unsatisfactory. In a panic I ordered two other dresses that I had tried on via the website. BUT THEN AS LUCK WOULD HAVE IT, I FOUND THE MARA IN SIZE 10 - THE EXACT DRESS I ORDERED IN JULY - ON eBay. It is perfect. In the end Sachin & Babi received no revenue and lost a future customer.
Awaiting rectification.
