Same day despatch
The despatch on the same day the order was placed was very pleasing as was a text message to check if I was aware of an aspect of one of the items. The parcel was securely packed and arrived quickly and undamaged. The ticked off check list of the items gave me secure feeling that I was dealing with someone who likes to get things right
Excellent customer service!

Great to hear Tracey, thank you for shopping with us.
Great service!
The service was prompt and reliable. The pricing was excellent and I received exactly what I ordered (2 tubes of Herban Cowboy). My only reservation is that the use-by date is only 5 months from now (although the product should last beyond the use-by date).
