Highly recommended Surveyors
recently instructed Sage Surveyors to carry out a survey on a property in Ipswich and was very impressed with the service from start to finish.
The process was efficient and well organised, communication was clear, and access arrangements were handled promptly. The survey itself was thorough and detailed, giving me a realistic and balanced view of the property’s condition. Importantly, the report did not simply list issues, but helped me understand practical implications, risk areas, and likely future costs — which is exactly what you want when making a significant investment decision.
I appreciated the professional yet approachable manner throughout. Queries were answered clearly, and I felt properly informed rather than overwhelmed.
I highly recommend them.

Sage are First Rate Service!
I have to say Sage are a very professional company! From the moment i spoke to themi felt as though i was dealing with an honest efficient member of staff. I was guided through the procedure with ease. From start to finish! Ineeded a full survayors report on my future home, asap, and they managed to move montains! Fantastic service
Very easy to book for Surveyor and quick turn around time. Nice touch to have the Surveyor personally call after completing the survey to give an update - put my mind at ease.
I chose to pay to have the report printed - for an extra fee :( but received regular updates on the progress of that including when it was posted. Fantastic and exceptional service, will definitely be recommending and using again if needed in future.
