Great company to work with
I had an excellent experience with Sage Surveyors. From start to finish, they were extremely communicative and kept me informed throughout the whole process. The surveyor called me both before and after the survey, which gave me confidence and clarity about what to expect and the results. The report itself was clear, detailed, and easy to understand. I really appreciated how professional, thorough, and approachable they were. I always felt up to date and well taken care of. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a property survey.

Hanna and Gary are both so helpful. The survey provided was very detailed and thorough. Gary took the time to talk through the things on the survey which I wasn't sure of. I'm so pleased I asked Sage Surveyors to carry out the property survey and would definitely recommend them.

From start to finish the service has…
From start to finish the service has been excellent. We had a full structural survey on a grade 2 listed building. Within minutes of sending our initial enquiry Hanna got in touch to understand our needs and responded immediately to any questions that we had throughout the process. She also proactively kept in touch to ensure we had everything we needed.
Prior to the survey Gary phoned to explain what he’d be doing and then he called immediately afterwards to explain his key findings. This was promptly followed up on the same day by the comprehensive report. My husband and I had further questions after reading the report and Hanna organised a follow up call with Gary who took his time to explain things to us.
Buying a period property can be a daunting prospect. Gary and Hanna have helped us to navigate the process in a professional and friendly manner.

Great customer service
