BIG SCAM. DONT TOUCH IT!!!

Platform does not work, and never really did. Customer service is awful, and scams customers who bought a "Life-time-deal".

I purchased a lifetime license for SalesRobot through AppSumo, trusting that I would have lifetime access to the platform. However, shortly after that, the company changed its system to a new version and stopped supporting the version included in the lifetime deal.

When I tried to use my account, the platform no longer worked properly and displayed proxy-related errors. After contacting support, they themselves told me that V1 is no longer supported or admitted, and that if I wanted to keep using SalesRobot, I would have to move to V2 and pay $15 per month for each LinkedIn account.

In other words: they sold a lifetime license, stopped maintaining that version, made it impossible for users to keep using it properly, and now require an additional monthly payment to access the working version. When I asked whether they would refund the money paid for a lifetime license that is now useless, their answer was clearly no.

What is even more concerning is that they themselves explained that this happened because LinkedIn had officially detected the use of the previous version, and that continuing to use it could result in LinkedIn accounts being blocked. This shows the huge risk of trusting a tool like this: if LinkedIn already detected and blocked one version, it seems only a matter of time before the currently active version faces the same issue.

In my opinion, this is a deeply misleading practice. A lifetime license was promised, customers paid for it, and then the product was changed in a way that made that license practically useless. The result is that the customer loses the money, and the only solution offered is to pay again.

My experience has been extremely negative. I believe this behavior takes advantage of lifetime deal buyers and creates a clear feeling of being scammed. I do not recommend trusting this company or putting important LinkedIn accounts at risk with a platform that has already been detected by LinkedIn and could lead to future account blocks again

Receiving hundreds of these low-effort, automated "personalized" messages every single day doesn't make us want to buy; it makes us want to build a digital fortress. Using Salesrobot is the equivalent of trying to start a meaningful conversation by screaming through a megaphone in a quiet library. It’s loud, it’s intrusive, and it signals a total lack of social intelligence.
If you use this tool, you have fundamentally failed to understand modern marketing. True marketing is about permission, value, and strategic depth. Relying on a bot to "scale" your outreach is a confession that you have nothing interesting enough to say to get someone's attention naturally. It’s a shortcut for the lazy and the strategically bankrupt.
I have implemented a strict policy: if a company reaches out via these automated "Salesrobot-style" sequences, they are immediately blacklisted. If you don't respect my time enough to research who I am, why should I respect your business enough to give you my money?
The verdict: Stay away. You aren't "hacking growth"; you’re just scaling your own irrelevance and annoying the very people you’re trying to impress. Total waste of digital bandwidth

I’ve grabbed my fair share of lifetime deals over the years to streamline digital marketing and automation workflows for my business, and Salesrobot is easily one of the best investments I’ve ever made.

As an LTD holder, I know there's usually some grumbling in the AppSumo community when a founder introduces an additional fee for a major new version. However, I completely agree with the extra cost for V2, and quite frankly, the ROI makes it worth every penny.

The new features in V2 are just incredibly cool. The personalized voice notes and video capabilities have totally changed the way we do outreach, adding a human touch that cuts right through the usual inbox noise. But the absolute killer feature is the AI appointment setter. It doesn't just stop and hand off at the first reply; the AI literally takes over, continues the conversation with the lead, and works to book meetings on pure autopilot.

Salesrobot has built amazing features that they can talk about that absolutely nobody else has in this market right now. If you want to scale your outreach with next-level AI, do not sleep on this tool!

The v1 of salerobot sold on appsumo (lifetime deal) doesn't work anymore and they don't want to repare it. They are robbing their first clients who trust them from the beginning. Don't buy !

I bought the lifetime deal for this tool expecting long-term value, that’s the whole point of a Lifetime Deal.

Unfortunately, after the software migrated to a new version (V2), a key feature stopped working. When I reached out to support, I was told it’s because I’m still on V1, even though LTD users were supposed to be upgraded.

Instead of honoring the original deal, they tried to upsell me a new $15/month subscription just to get access to something that was supposed to be included.

This is incredibly misleading and feels like a bait-and-switch.

If a company offers an LTD, they should stand by it and not quietly move features behind a new paywall a few months later.

I purchased the deal for SalesRobot with the clear promise that all plan updates would be included, even if the plan name changes. That was a major reason I felt confident buying the tool.

Now, SalesRobot has launched a completely new UI and is suddenly demanding additional $15 per LinkedIn account — a complete contradiction of the original deal terms.

This feels like a bait-and-switch tactic. It’s disappointing when companies don't honor their commitments, especially when it was explicitly stated that updates would carry over.

I’m leaving this review in hopes that the issue will be resolved.

I cancelled my subscription and they still charged me and refused to refund me.

Salesrobot has transformed our email campaigns at radubalas.com. It’s super easy to use and really amps up our engagement rates. Love how it automates everything!

I bought the product via Appsumo. As a lifetime deal. It worked correctly at the beginning. Then a few weeks after the end of my trial period, where I was able to refund, it ceased to work properly. Several features have ceased to function properly, including automations. I informed the support, but the problem were not solved. Now the login access was abruptly removed. I contacted the support, they acknowledged an error, but the problem was not fixed. I end up losing about 300 USD. I'm not sure if this is a scam or huge incompetence.
