This is the second time we have used salts direct. The prices are great and the order arrived as promised within 2 day's and great communication with delivery updates throughout. The delivery driver was very helpful and friendly. Brilliant service.

On 14 June I ordered 5 bags of salt tablets and a large salt scoop, both paid for by credit card online. The tablets were delivered on 23 June but the salt scoop was missing. The driver said it would be sent separately. It is now 5 July and I have still not received the scoop and my e-mails and phone messages to Salts Direct are not being answered. This is very disappointing.

Very pleased with the delivery time, constant courtesy updates from the company. Very pleasant delivery driver, a credit to the company. Only fault if a fault at all, is that I prefer speaking to people when making orders, and I rang and spoke to an answer machine 3 times prior to making an online request. Some folk like me prefer speaking to humans.. However when this salt runs out I will definitely return to Saltsdirect GOOD JOB!!

My best e-commerce experience ever, I ordered first thing in the morning and it arrived 2 hours later, Wow! Good product, a good price and great service.

I used Saltsdiect for the first time today, simply because after sourcing what I was after, they were by far the cheapest when taking into account their free delivery service. Other companies offer the same product on the internet cheaper, but when you go to checkout, you get stung by astronomical delivery charges. So I went with Saltsdirect. And what a service! I ordered around 9am, got an email confirmation an hour later saying it processed and out on a van for delivery, and yes, it arrived at 5pm that same day!! Now that's what I call service. I'd highly recommend this company to anyone - and I don't say that lightly!!

Order arrived in less than 24 hours from ordering online. I was perhaps lucky in that I ordered the day before the scheduled delivery day for my area but the responsiveness was still impressive. Delivered by a very pleasant young man who unloaded the bags of salt and stacked them for me. Price was good and the product I ordered was delivered in good condition. I would have no hesitation in using this company again.
