Just having a water softener fitted and had forgotten to buy salt. Placed order Saturday morning 3rd October and delivered in the afternoon.

After a few good experiences with Salts Direct, one day they suddenly decided I am outside their delivery area, cancelled my order, and never replied to my emails or contacted me again.

Wonderful Service
We had our first delivery today and the service was wonderful. They arrived well within our time slot and nothing was too much trouble for the driver to carry 10 big 25kg bags around the back for us! It's hard to find service as good as these guys these day's. Highly Recommend

Block Salt Delivery for my Water softener
I ordered the day before, the web site is very easy to use and I was very impressed with the live chat option just to make sure I was ordering the correct product. As stated on their site they came and delivered in my chosen time. Easy, staight forward and simply impressive. Thank you.

Hard to think how they could improve
My first order from Saltsdirect - and what a pleasant surprise!
Not only were they significantly cheaper than anyone locally, but delivery (a day after my order) was included in the cost.
In addition, great email communication: the driver hand wrote a personal note to say he was sorry that he missed me and then followed up with a personal email to check that I had received the delivery and everything was OK.
You really can't get better than these folk - service that has blown me away!

Very Handy
We have struggled to find a decent water softener salt supplier who will deliver in the area for some time until we found salts direct. The service was great from start to finish. Prices really good and the free delivery is a savior as those bags aren't light!. Highly Recommend.
