I contacted about having two roller shutter doors serviced, seemed to take a while but eventually it got sorted and Samson came out. Our assigned engineer was Paul, he was polite and generally excellent and I can't fault him at all, my 3 stars are for the initial time it took to sort out and the price. We have never had doors serviced before so wasn't sure what to expect. We were charged £350 + VAT, they had to travel 1 mile to us an Paul was here for the grand total of 45 mins, had a tool bag but generally just took notes, so the price was far, far to high.

From getting the quote to the finish of the job went 100% as was promised. Eddie Diggin was extremely helpful through the whole process and the quality of the product was up to expectation.Would have no problem recommending this company/product to anyone else.

Really impressed. Load of help and advice when I was choosing product, and they were quite happy to review photos. Accurate delivery date. There was a broken component...again they excelled themselves with speedy response and next day delivery of replacement component direct from supplier. Very happy with door and whole experience. I'd recommend, and would use again.

Easy to order , delivered on time, unfortunatley no instructions included , but within an hour and with the help of Eddie Diggi I had a downloadable copy of the instructions. Well done

Good quality doors that look great. Our needs were to protect an accessible door as security for a building. The door was fitted professionally in 2-3 hours. Colour match was spot on!

Having not ordered or gone through this process before, I found Eddie to be helpful and nothing was to much trouble, I would recommend this company as being professional yet personable, definitely be using this company and particularly Eddie again.

Ordered and paid for a roller shutter door in November. Confirmed order in November. Door arrived eventually with no instructions and missing main fixing brackets. I write this 15th. Feb still no parts sent, although have been chasing for many weeks. Do not buy from this company they are a disaster. Have finally asked for collection of incomplete door and refund so I can buy one elsewhere. Will i get it? They refuse to return my calls. Total fiasco!

I would recommend this company. A very professional and quick service. I was very impressed with the fitting and quality of materials used. I dealt with EDDIE DIGGIN at the company who was extremely helpful.
