My purchase was made a year or two back, and I had not read any reviews before I made my purchase. I'd ordered a hot/cold tumbler with a dia de Los muertos design. I did receive periodic emails letting me know what was going on with my product, as it was personalized with my name, which I missed when I picked it out. I did get the tumbler and love it. The design is still great after all this time, but the lid seems to be in a state of disintegration. I have to replace the lid to keep using this cool tumbler. The only way I've found to contact them is via Facebook, and if I get a response, I'll be surprised

Bought a Christmas ornament and not only did it arrive late after waiting weeks for it, but it’s the cheapest ornament I have ever seen in my life. Super small, cheap plastic, and the worst part is the name was printed backwards!! Definitely not at all worth the $20 I paid for it. I have tried e-mailing costumer service several times now and haven’t gotten a response. I think they blocked my email now because they aren’t going through. HORRIBLE! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

Ordered 2 Christmas ornaments. They arrived after Christmas and they printed the customization backwards on one of them. I was expecting a colorful 3D ornament and got a plastic printed ornament. I should have read the fine print. Not all all what was pictured. Website said they were located and manufactured in the US - not the case. This stuff comes from China. Had I known all I do now should have never ordered. Trying to get a refund now.

I have been sending emails to their customer service for about 3 months now and no response! I received a tumbler from my son and daughter -in-law, I love it, but part of the lid broke, I just want a replacement, I'll even pay, but as long as its been it should be free!

I ordered the dragonfly cover for my dishwasher, and I thought it was supposed to be a magnet, but it was a sticker, and it was wrinkled, so I had to be really careful when I put it on. It does have a couple of wrinkles, but they're not very noticeable. I like it, but I wish I could take it off and place it a bit lower. I thought it was removable.

I ordered 3 products about 60.00. Dishwasher face cover, not only was it crap but the pictures were distorted. Contacted customer service and was told to pay and send it back before I can get a refund. I shouldnt have to pay for a mistake they did. Customer service was rude and not helpful. I never got a refund and I warn all, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY…

False advertising!! Their website says “100% satisfaction guarantee”. In less than a month the coffee mug lid cracked in multiple places. The company would not send a replacement lid. Terrible customer service. Many of the positive reviews are fraudulent because the review says the product was for someone else.

I give this company a 1 Start review as while their tumbler is amazing and keeps coffee hot all day long. I purchased it for my husband for Valentine's Day and I received it two weeks before. So after a little over two weeks of using it (we did not wash it in the dishwasher we hand washed it) it got a crack in in and a piece of the lid broke off. They stated that because it was after 30 days, they don't replace or exchange products. They did offer me 15% discount on a future product. I mentioned to them that this is on their website:
"GOOD GUARANTEE:We guarantee all the rights of customers when coming to Saniede Shop. If there’s a problem with your product, we’ll gladly work with you to repair the problem by sending you a replacement." That is a lie, after 30 days they will not do this. They also said I could return the product and they would refund my money but I would have to return it to Hong Kong which would cost more than I paid for the item to begin with. I even asked if I could purchase a new lid and they never even responded to that request. I spent two weeks going back and forth with them. I asked for a supervisor to email me and I never did get a supervisor to respond to me. I will never buy from this company again.

Terrible product and couldn’t get my money back. Expensive as it is expected easier time and better customer service.

The T-shirts I received were not the material that was displayed on the site. The site displayed cotton, I received nylon with white stitching around the neck, sleeves, and hem. The neck was puckered. I ordered 8 shirts but was refunded 20%. This is the only problem I’ve had with an order from them. Due to the handling of this, I will no longer do business with this company.

I’m very happy with the t-shirt I recently purchased. The fabric, the print, the fit - all spot on.

Shirt was extremely poor quality and the stitching was uneven in the most noticable neckline area. It also took about a month to arrive!

Came well packed. Exactly what I ordered. So far I am happy.

Not a fan of my tumbler I expect it to actually be glitter rhinestones not just a sticker. The description of tumbler should be better.

I absolutely love my tumbler! The only thing is that it took a VERY long time to receive it!

I did get the insulated tumbler and was quite happy with it. The only criticism I have is that it was less vivid coloring than I expected. When I ordered it...it looked more vivid/brighter colors, but when it came the colors were duller than I expected.
It was a gift and my friend seemed to love it.
So except for that one complaint I was OK with it. I would order again from this company, but I will be choosing a different color(s).
