My experience with Sanyipace has been amazing! I received a sewer scope that appeared to have been damaged (possibly in shipping). Customer service immediately addressed the issue and now I have a high quality, operational unit. The distance counter is very convenient and the controls are easy to understand. These products are great for the price!

Sanyipace sewer camera company was absolutely amazing to work with. I can’t say enough great things about their products, and most importantly, their great customer service. Especially their after sales agent, Lisa. She was there for me every step of the way to make sure I was taken care of. Even when UPS lost the package, which is no fault of Sanyipace, Lisa made sure I was taken care of and happy. Oh and also the sewer camera is a great piece of equipment that I use on a daily basis. Bought a 9 inch sewer camera with locator and I was positively surprised by the quality vs the price they sell directly. Great product and excellent customer support.

Battery pack would not charge 100% on initial charging. It would only charge to 80% - 2nd highest on the indicator.

Sewer cam is great. Customer service responds within 24 hours.

Camera keeps going black then back on not very clear going to send back for a refund

Ordered 230' auto leveling sewer camera with 10 inch screen, and a 512 hz locator. Both items arrived very quickly and very well boxed. Absolutely no complaints here. Really liked the frequent tracking updates and QUICK delivery!
