I operate a septic system inspection company and having functional sewer cameras is critical to my day-to-day operation. When my camera head failed, it put me in a bad place. To be clear, the camera failed because I made a mistake and abused it. The unit has been rock solid otherwise.

I ordered the new head and it arrived in 48 hours even though the estimated shipping was a week out. This excellence in delivery directly results in my abilities continue operations of my company without it interruption. That's five-star service where I come from!

First camera was lost in shipping and Sanyipace can not control that once compute was lost Sanyipace sent out a second camera and received it in just a few days

So far product works very well. I've only used it a couple of times so not sure how it holds up long term but will find out.

The product works just as described, but more than that the customer service is awesome. Sanyipace is really on it with responding to queries and helping their customers get the parts they ordered.

Easy site to navigate and the product descriptions were clear.

For the price and quality, this is a great camera. Definitely recommend for those that do sewer scopes.

Customer service on top of their job. Actually bought a camera.Two years ago had problems with the head. They took care of that.Then I needed to replace batteries and the monitor screen actually ordered the wrong stuff.They emailed me and corrected before shipment went out

Just received my camera and it is an amazing tool for the price. I have already used it and works great with the Ridgid locator. Love the touch screen!
