15 days ago I purchased a server. It took multiple days for my payment to get processed on their end which made it look like my invoice was past due. Once the payment went through, I tried to access the client area on the website and it has been down ever since. I've sent multiple emails over the past two weeks trying to get someone to answer me, yet nobody has. I'm now requesting to cancel my account and get a refund for the server I've never used.

for the last 5/6 months i have been trying to get into contact with whoever has been running this shiteshow and got nothing in response, and for the last 4 months i have not even been able to get into my minecraft server or get onto the multicraft section

Some of the reviews here don't seem to be very honest, but rather very targeted and aggressive. I have never experienced a better hosting, especially the customer support. Live chat with instant replying, ticket was resolved very fast and I got complete modpack support and install from the technical team!
I completely recommend this hosting, don't trust these negative reviews!

I don't think the company is running anymore, or it is just a scam. Either way, I sent payment for a server and never received access, even a month later. I submitted a ticket and got no response. I am currently trying to get the money back through PayPal.

Do not use this for a Minecraft server.

Scam, scammed me out of like £40 and then i opened a paypal dispute stay way from any company ether owned by sappling servers or ceo (Bradley comerford)

I can say this with absolute certainty that this is the best Minecraft Server Hosting Company that i have ever used for my own personal servers. In the past I used Beastnode, McProHosting, GGservers, and CreeperHost but this tops them all with NO LAG!

i think very highly of this new company. their customer service and satisfaction if amazing plus. only bad point is the website is offline alot

I used to have a server from sapling servers and it was a great experience. A hacker came onto the server and started to destroy everything and when i filed a ticket sapling servers was able to help me get back to where it was before the server was hacked. I was very pleased but sadly because of lack of donations my server went down. Sapling Servers is one of the best server hosts out there and i would recommend them to anyone that asks me for a good server host!

If i were to comapre saplingservers, to any other server hosts. Then i would recommend sapling servers instead, They have great customer servce , 99.99% uptime, and the ceo himself is really dedicated.

I highly recommend Sapling Servers. They have really cheap plans, great support staff, and much more. Whenever I have a problem someone typically the CEO responds to my ticket in a matter of minutes. I've had times where a java error stopped my server from being able to start and in less than half an hour it was back up. In the minecraft server world uptime is everything and I feel confident my server won't go down due to faulty hardware. Great company, highly recomended.

We were very satisfied with our server. Because we had seriously no lag. So thumbs up for that!
We were also very satisfied with the Live Chat Support on the website.
We didn't need to wait for long time before an agent were able to help us with our problems or issues. So stay up the good work guys.

I asked for FTB Monster to be installed i waited a few hours and done, a week or so after i wanted a change to the Hermitcraft Mod Sauce and CEO helped me all the way through it even all the way through day and night and so i said forget it lets install FTB Unleashed and it was setup with 10 minutes.
i would definetly recommend these, they are a AMAZING Company.

I purchased a server from Sapling Servers and they told me over live chat that they will support Feed the Beast and that they would also help me install the modpack. Once I got the server I tried to install it but the server was not starting. So at this point I decided to contact support. That was easier said than done. The live chat would be answered but they would not listen to what I had to say. So I opened a support ticket and a while later someone replied saying that I had to install the modpack myself and they would not help me. After this the same person replied saying I will look into it when I have some spare time. I am still waiting for this over two weeks later. They have also tried to charge me twice. I would never use this company again and I would not recommend that anyone else does!
