Once again following SAS Daniels having dealt with the sale of my property I would like to share what such an excellent, very thorough and efficient service from SAS Daniels when dealing with the purchase of my property with a very special thanks to Rakhsana Noreen who went the extra mile to ensure that my property completion date was before Christmas and always gave a very personal service readily available alongside her assistant when ever you telephoned and I highly recommend. We have just completed the sale of a house using SAS Daniels, the service, and in particular the communication was fantastic. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. There were complications with the sale and they were dealt with promptly with no panic or fuss and more importantly when something was urgent we had an in person phone call. The service, in particular from Steph and Lizzy were as good as we have encountered anywhere. We are now transacting another property through them. The irony was that the costs were in line with online providers who can't provide that level of personal attention.

Very efficient and helpful. Rakhsana had everything in hand and completed a month before our buyers solicitors! Highly recommend

The property sales/buying process in the UK isn't easy. The team at SAS Daniels were professional and quick to respond, moreso than other solicitors we know of. We were particularly impressed by Sam, who spoke to us in clear language that we understood and went above and beyond to resolve issues during the sale of our flat.

As expected they dismissed my complaint so I'm now going to the Ombudsman.

Very disappointing, frustrating and infuriating. Got the job done eventually but very slow wasted time and cost me thousands more in bridging loan fees through delays. Communication was poor, I was chasing all the time. I had to complain twice throughout the process but felt shut down and put down by both YouConvey and SAS Daniels for what were legitimate and reasonable concerns about their lack of attention to detail, lack of communication and inability to chase sellers solicitors, managing agents First Port (FP) for communal garden only as freehold property. They couldn't get the correct info and pushed me to pay (FP) £750 when we could get all that we needed for free. I had to get a lot of paperwork myself from several organisations that they were supposed to do and they even admitted I was quicker on email and asked me to chase. Unbelievable! I was going to complain formally afterwards but decided not to as they don't appear to take customers concerns seriously and they made it much more stressful than it needed to be. They should provide a better service in the first place as they say they do on their website. I would not recommend

I received a brilliant service from this firm who completed a remortgage extremely quickly. Communication was excellent and they were super efficient, highly competent and responsive. Huge thanks to Steph, Anna and the team. Definitely recommended.
