Good personal service from a proper solicitor. Always available to discuss your transaction and reasonably quick. The price for conveyancing was very competitive and we have used SAS Daniels for over five house sales/puchases so we know their level of service is not a one-off.

Caroline the Conveyancer at the Stockport office was Outstanding in dealing with my house sale.
SAS was one of the solicitors recommended by the estate agent.
The instructions for my conveyancing changed a couple of times over the course of the sale, but Caroline dealt with each variation professionally.
Caroline discussed with me over the phone some of the issues that needed to be resolved, and was highly credible, providing sufficient detail to explain the solutions.
Caroline was also prompt in dealing with all kinds of requests from me.
