By way of background, I am a first-time home buyer. I had no idea about the process whatsoever when I first started taking a look at homes, or what to expect throughout the process.

At the end of the tunnel, I would like to thank you for your extended support given throughout the Homebuying process. We were able to complete the transaction within couple of months as there were a high level of coordination. They know the process very well and planned all steps of the conveyancing thoroughly (for an example conducting all anti money laundering checks early in the process saved us lots of time)

Steph and Lydia was extremely knowledgeable about the process and answered my questions comprehensively. Their responsiveness was incredible. All emails were addressed within a brief period of time and all calls were answered in the first ring.
