Message for buyers: I ordered directly from sattvicfoods.in . As i was new to sattvicfood so first i was in doubt that i will get the product after payment or not, so i should trust on it or not but after checking reviews i finally ordered. So guys i think we should order directly from sattvicfoods.in instead of 3rd party(like any e-com website). There are 2 benefits of this.
1. There are almost no chance of receiving duplicate products as there is no middle man. Directly from manufacturer to customer.
2. Sattvic food don't need to pay commission(if any) to the 3rd parties.
(One more benefit is free sample, which is not available on 3rd parties)

Excellent service!
I purchased cacao butter, & sunflower seeds from their site.
I also opted for a free sample of goji berries.
The delivery was prompt. The packaging was EXCELLENT, especially for the glass jar of cacao butter. It was so neat that I was almost sorry to open it.
The cacao butter quality is good - I love it in bulletproof coffee in lieu of butter. The aroma is heady & intoxicating.
Only the sunflower seeds were a bit disappointing. The quality is good, but it's comparable to the quality of seeds I get from Nourish organics, and slightly more expensive.
The free samples of goji berries were the highlight of my purchase. Since it was a free sample, I wasn't expecting much. But to my pleasant surprise, the berries were neatly packaged in a small, separate sealed pouch. This kind of attention to details is awesome. I'm certainly a fan of the site & will be purchasing again from them. Can't wait to try out the other goodies on their site!

Product line is very good but a little too expensive
I really loved the Apricot kernels, pumpkin seeds that I ordered. Delivery was fast (within 3 days) especially since I was in Mumbai. The ONLY thing I was unhappy about & thus rated it 3 stars is because the product line is a bit too expensive. It would be great if they provide discounts on repeated purchases, since I would compel me to buy more. Else i would be buying the unbranded grains & seeds in our locality.

I don't think it's fair to compare pricing of unbranded products to ours. There are lots of differences that you may not understand:
1) You can never validate the packaging, manufacture date of unbranded items
2) They may not be processed/packaged in an FDA licensed facility and comply with food safety standards
3) They cannot give you the kind of education on the product and the customer service that we provide
4) They cannot give you any kind of money back guarantee on the quality of the product.
5) They don't have to factor in taxes (Central, State Tax, Service Tax), picking, packing and other costs
6) They don't offer free shipping to every corner of India for no minimum order value
7) Our seeds are always fresh and never sprayed with fumes and pesticides that is the industry norm to keep infestation away.
8) There are a lot of other expenses that we have to factor in - SEO, Website, Ads, Marketing expenses, Payment gateway commissions, insurance, transit damage, courier follow ups, etc, etc.
We only charge you for the quality that we give you and not more, in fact I would say our prices are low for what we offer and I know that nobody else can match it.
We definitely don't plan on offering discounts, but would rather maintain our standard and offer free samples like we do and that is again something unique to our brand.
The only way to get our products at a lower price will be to buy larger package sizes because that again is a unique offering by us alone.
Worth it!
Honestly, I had some doubt about this company but I love its' product. My family loves it and I love it. I just hope they lower the price a bit, provide COD, and provide better shipping options. Other than, go for it!

I still can't remember the exact reason that you weren't able to pay online. But all our other customers are using this option.
We have Online payment options from Payumoney, we also have Paypal and anytime now we will have PayTM Wallet.
Please try your order again and we are happy to assist you in every way we can.
As a small business the only thing we aren't able to do is offer Cash on Delivery as it is too risky for us and we have burnt our hands before already

I was very impressed with the prompt delivery and the product quality as well. It would be good though if you could extend your range to include other gluten-free grains as well

Great Experience
I came across sattvicfoods probably a month and a half ago and I have alreay made 3 purchases from them.That speaks volumes of my experience with them. They are very prompt with their shipping and email responses for any quiries and have great products. I would love to see more organic products in their store..
