Tasty and natural
I am very happy with the products. Cocoa butter looks natural smells so nice. I use it for making cream, and cream is good with this butter.
Rolled oat so tasty. And also I ordered whey protein. I make milk shake with ot. It gives good taste and makes it more nutritious.
Delivery was fast. So I'm going to make orders from the company again.

Bad service
Very bad service took forever to reach although d products looks good haven't used it till nw but d delivery time suck big time need to work on it the delivery time frame jst screwed up everything

Dear Rahul,
We ran a small test pilot of using India Post Cash on Delivery service. I think that was a huge mistake. They were irresponsible and delayed our shipments for days with every different excuse. I apologize for the inconvenience. We have disabled the Cash on Delivery option and reverted to our Prepaid only orders which are sent by courier partners. For Mumbai we successfully deliver in 48 hrs.
Can I convince you to try our service again? I am happy to offer you a coupon or whatever you would need.

We have tried several providers such as DTDC, Professional courier, Trackon etc. They are all the same, However we have begun insisting that our customers get called upon delivery.
Also in the future for you we will be using India Post as discussed. So hopefully the experience will not repeat

We have been investing in SEO for over 6 months now. It does take time, but you will see now that if you search for "Buckwheat Groats India", "Apricot Kernels India" or "Buy Quinoa Flour India" we will be first.
However searching just for Sattvic Foods there is a lot of competition and old/reputed sites with these keywords.
Let us know if you have more feedback or the specific keywords you think we should rank for.

Dear Ashit,
Firstly thank you taking the time to speak your mind. The Steel cut oats were the only item in which we had to make a significant price change due to the customer feedback. Initially we priced it at rs.200 and were getting the grains cut in a larger size. After several customers were finding it a little difficult to cook and gave us their feedback that the grains should be cut smaller, we had to re-do the product.
With the new size of the cutting, there was a lot more wastage of the grain and also the increase in effort. We were forced to increase the price to accommodate for the changes. However the labels were all already printed and we didn't want to just throw them away. So we struck out the price and used the same labels for the Web Orders as we couldn't use them in retail stores. It would not be a lot of money for us to print a new label, but we don't believe in wasting anything!
Now, all the new labels now have the pricing at rs.300/- as shown on the website.
The Steel cut oats were the only product we have ever done this for. I am happy to refund you rs.100 per bag of your order if it will change your opinion. Or give you a coupon for a future order. But please know that we do this business for your complete satisfaction and there is no other motivation for us to bring these products to India other than your support.
