I contacted Customer Support when I had an issue with the control panel on my sauna. The representative named Ez was incredibly helpful. The response time was practically immediate. He went out of his way to follow up twice with me to make sure my issue was resolved. Very appreciative!

Fantastic last mile driver!
He clearly had a lot of experience, had no issue making a tight reverse into our driveway and getting close to the garage. Then he expertly maneuvered the fork lift and crate so that when it was lowered to the ground he could move everything easily into our garage. Very friendly and communicated well. The sauna was packed and protected very well and everything arrived undamaged.

Excellent customer service throughout the entire buying process — from my very first inquiry to post-purchase follow-up. Matthew Adriano and John Adams were both outstanding: responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful at every step. We love our new sauna! Firstly, I want to say the staff at Nordica Sauna was incredibly helpful in guiding our decision making and delivery process. They also quickly answered a few questions for us post delivery. Krizza, our sales consultant, was wonderful and checked in on us to make sure everything was going smoothly.

The delivery driver was great, and even helped me to move the pallet up to my carport so it wasn’t on the street overnight (super helpful!)

The construction seems solid and it smells delightful. Make sure to buy the maintenance kit when you purchase it so you can properly oil and wax it before first use! We got the Harvia heater and it seems really solid. I do wish it had a pure ON/OFF switch instead of just a timer. But it works really nice for our 3-personal sauna. We live in California, so I would want something a litter more powerful than the base-model Harvia heater for colder climates, since this sauna has a mostly glass front. Also, lots of heat escapes very quickly every time you open the door (but it heats up fairly fast too).

The only thing that needs improvement is the instructions. The installer was a very smart and capable guy, and he figured it out, but it was a bit of a struggle. I wish the company would improve that.

Beyond that, we are satisfied customers so far!

I ordered on a weekend so I was assuming they would ship it on Monday, but I don’t believe it got shipped until Tuesday. I received it Sunday, which was six days after they shipped it. Box arrived in good condition via FedEx. I had no interaction with anyone from Nordica Spa, other than a text message on Tuesday saying they missed my call on Monday. I was trying to call to see if they were going to ship it on Monday but they didn’t.

We received our sauna a month earlier than expected, which is fantastic. The support we had was great also. Awesome communication, easy assembly, a wonderful sauna!

Excellent customer service, very communicative, and were able to beat everyone else on price. I also like how easy it is to text back and forth with them.

Matt was very helpful during the sales process, creating multiple quotes for me and helping me throughout the process.

Sauna is on back order but so far things are going good.

While I initially had some delays, once we connected , I was given good advice and I made the purchase. In my research Nordica was rated the highest and best for customer service.

The sales rep was amazing! She gave me some great tips for using my sauna for the first time. I also forgot to order the bucket and the handle for pouring water on the rocks inside my Sauna. She sent me three links to choose from a variety of options that I was interested in she was extremely helpful and positive. I always have a great experience when calling.

Although I ultimately did not purchase from Nordica, Eric was very helpful and considerate while I worked my way through the sauna world. Answered all my questions and supplied all requested information. No hesitation is recommending this company.

Processed order flawlessly and they made sure to honor a deal I had with them and even reached out to remind me of things I forgot to add to my cart.
