I purchased the Avila and I love it! Prior to arriving, I changed the model I wanted and the customer service was EXCELLENT! So receptive and understanding and accommodated my request immediately! This is how customer service should be! We received the sauna on the delivery date I wanted. It was the easiest installation ever! Within an hour we were reaping the benefit of this infrared sauna playing soothing music through the Bluetooth speakers! I absolutely love it and highly recommend this company!

I purchased 3 person Maxxus Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna and absolutely love it. Quality build and easy to put together. It took about an hour for my son and I from start to finish.
The customer service I received from the Sales Manager, John, was beyond what I have ever experienced. There was some miss information about electrical requirements on the website which was going to require an electrician to come in and do some work. I called and spoke to a service rep (who picked up on the 1st ring) who immediately got John, Sales Manager involved and offered to pay for all expenses related to the electrical without me even having to ask. Doing the right thing is not always what you get these days so I was very impressed with how they conducted their business. Thank you, Nordica! All business and referrals are coming your way in the future.

My sauna is of superior quality as is the customer service. The chat was responsive and effective; it led me to be connected to Krizza. Krizza followed up with personalized care to meet my concerns. I just needed some clarification on a component. She valued my business and treated me like I actually mattered. I didn't feel like a burden or problem. So grateful for that! It reassures me that I made the right choice when I chose a Nordica Sauna. It was a large ticket item; rather than buyer remorse, I felt confident in the purchase.
Smooth, easy delivery
Quite honestly, the best part was the company sending multiple texts between the time I placed the order and the delivery date, keeping me informed of the status of the upcoming delivery.

Ez was the best customer service rep I’ve ever dealt with anywhere. Our hot tub showed up with a few broken planks. Ez handled contacting the manufacturer and kept us informed during the entire process. It did take awhile to receive but that was all on the manufacturer. Ez kept in constant contact. Truly the best!

Ordered the sauna kit and it arrived within two weeks. Upon inspecting the contents of the crate, we discovered that the included light kit was missing. Nordica customer service addressed our concerns immediately, provided good communication and the item arrived very quickly afterward - even over a busy holiday week. Would order from them again.

This sauna is great! It has exceeded all of our expectations. It is built solid with tight tolerances. The whole buying process was flawless. It gets “hotter” than we anticipated, which is a huge bonus. We purchased the 6 person Monaco. We’d recommend this model to anyone interested. Customer service has been top notch.

The website was very easy to navigate, but the biggest difference was the quick help by phone from Eric. I had loads of questions and he answered them all, including finding which heater was the best for us. Jessica is an excellent listener, great communicator, and overall just a nice person to chat with. She helped me gain the information and product I was seeking. The complication with my order is due to me adding things to the order and trying to squeak in the change before the order is processed for shipping. All of my interactions with Nordica Sauna customer service representatives have been helpful, efficient, and appreciated.
The carrier did a pretty good job.
The carrier was able to help me get the package into the garage. The box on top of the pallet was pretty torn up but all the items inside were intact. Regarding the pallet materials, with the exception of one piece of wood which had some minor damage, the wood was in good shape.

Product - as described. Communication w. - manufacturer/supplier 10/10, w. broker 9/10. In summary - a perfect experience w. the main entities- the manufacturer and its broker. My kind recommendation to both of them is to replace the local (western WA state) shipping company as incompetent and malevolent that caused issues for all of us. Important to add that in dealing w. the local shipping issues - both the manufacturer and their broker mitigated the best solution promptly & professionally.
