If I could rate zero if I could! I bouhht the tanning gummies from an instagram offer which apparently signed me into a subscription which I difn't realise until thr money went out. I queried this on 10th April, they eventually agreed a refund which I am still waiting for. They have 1 lady who serms tp be the only person who is willing to email you back with the false promises, only after chasing with 2 responses which alternate saying the same thing. Still no refund ..... disgraceful!!!! Total scam!!! And they don"t work.....what a surprise!!

Subscription was initiated when I was purchasing a one off. Tried to cancel subscription which Kayla did but not before the next order was charged for. The next order was supposed to arrive ages ago so far nothing. I get wonderful caring emails from Kayla who assures she understands how frustrating it is and how she is making it a priority to sort things out (which to be honest is laughable)

This whole process has been ongoing for at least 2 months. And to be honest I email Kayla every week, primarily now to see what excuse she can come up with next

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A TOTAL NIGHMARE

Absolutely 100% shit experienced what everyone else has .refund scenario also .I was supposedly receiving Brand Bronzii but got savanna instead .

Absolutely disgusted with this company. Aside from selling a product (tanning gummies) that do absolutely nothing, I was scammed into a subscription, which I cancelled as soon as I realised it had happened (and have written confirmation to that effect) and still had another payment taken out of my account. They “kindly” offered a 70% discount and I was unable to escalate the matter to anyone despite asking many times. They are absolute sharks (despite claiming the ‘poor us … small start up business’ story). I am appalled that any company can be this shonky!!

Please do not buy off this company , they are scammers they entice you to buy the product, then you cancel not knowing it is a subscription , they continu to send you products even tho you unsubscrbed, trying to get a refund is a nightmare 2 months I've been trying to get my refund because they sent me once again , they say its a glitch on the system , email after email trying to get this money back still no joy , this company should not be able to continue selling

Again absolute scam Kayla has promised me a refund since 24 April I don’t know how she sleeps at night but Karma may prevail - I paid £64.98 twice and received one bag of gummies each time absolutely shocking.

Bought the tan gummies from savanna which taken over a month to be delivered . Then on the same day I was charged another £78 pounds which I didn’t subscribe too . I messaged them and cancelled any more payments with my bank .
Still waiting for my second purchase after nearly going on for 4 months and 30 plus messages and the same response from Kayla it’s on the way. Lies up on lies from this company . They tried to sell me more gummies with a lot of different reductions prices . I kept saying they don’t work and I don’t won’t any more . But my second batch of gummies where on the way still haven’t received them since march . Keep well clear and every time I keep asking for my money back Kayla keeps says they are on the way but still haven’t received them .I get no up dates from the company they are a rip off company.

Exactly what other people are experiencing I did not sign any subscription at all it was 1 of purchase then they went on and took a lot more and I mean a lot more money out my account which was wayyy more than the products were email after email and the girl/lady Kayla that is responding keeps sending same email but just juggling the words about.. now in the hands of the bank and trading standards… WARNING!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I was scammed from the beginning! Promised a refund in April... after 7 to 10 business days...I'm still waiting....!!!

Absolute scam, like other Reviewers, your CC gets charged and while there is a system glitch you get charged again, then you finally get a reply from “Kayla” who assures you she is personally going to prioritise your refund..which of course never happens! Business Needs to be shutdown ASAP!!

This company is the worst to deal with. Told me my refund will be sent back in 10 business days and it has been 2 months now. All of a sudden no response to emails either. The product does not even do what it says it does. I dont know how they are still running a company. Oh yeah stealing people's money that's how.

I have been in dispute with this company since early April, now into June and keep getting messages back from Kayla so sorry dealing with it they also took 2 payments of £53.87 within 2 days of each they said sorry a glitch in their system but delay in paying it back as system still not working. DONT TOUCH THEM. They put me on a subscription without my knowledge I only ordered one pack which cost around £15

I would add they are no longer trading directly but are selling on Amazon for £9.99. I have sent all details to GMB consumer dept to see if they were interested in taking it up, I have stopped taking gummies now as read they are harsh on your liver
I have seen so many similar reviews on here I don’t think any of us will get our money back but we have to do everything possible to expose these scammers

Keep trying to CANCEL and they don't respond. Doesn't work. STAY AWAY from them. WORST customer service.

FAKE not even worth the taste. Didn't do anything. Sent multiple orders in one month to try to dump their product on me. They will be in bankruptcy soon

Absolutely shameful this company not only am I still waiting on a refund been 6 wks now when I cancel my subscription they took 2 lots of £33 odd with in a few days when I had cancelled the week before,I wld recommend people stay well clear of this company....

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Savanna Skin.

My first order was lost and never arrived. Despite this, subsequent subscription payments were taken from my account earlier than the advertised billing date, with two payments being processed within a single week.

After becoming frustrated with the ongoing issues and still not receiving my original order, I requested a full refund and offered to return any products received. I was advised that returning the goods would be too expensive and was offered a partial refund instead, with the agreement that I would keep the products.

This agreement was made on 16 May 2026. Since then, I have had to repeatedly follow up by email because the agreed refund was never paid. As of 10 June 2026, I am still waiting for the refund despite multiple promises and communications.

The combination of a lost order, unexpected subscription charges, and a refund that has still not been processed weeks after it was agreed has left me very frustrated. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

I am just one more of the people that got charged multiple times in 4 days. I’ve been dealing with them through email and getting nowhere for a few months now. They apologize and state they’re working on it, and then you hear nothing. My suggestion is beware of this company. This is ripe for class action.

SCAM SCAM SCAM They take your money send you want you don't want and then double charge you for the second order and send NOTHING. I've been 3 months now trying to get a refund.
