I thought my earphones were for the bin but having found 'SaveMyDevice' online, and it being supported by positive Trustpilot reviews, I sent them off for repair. I was impressed with both the service and speed of the repair and return of the earphones. I expected to be charged additional fees but was told this was not needed. Very impressive service and I will recommend and use again!

The port on my fire stick had been ripped and become loose. I took it to them and it was fixed within a few days and as good as new.

If you have any issues with your fire stick definitely take it to them.

My Bose headphones broke but were out of warranty after just a year and when I rang Bose asking for a repair they didn’t offer repairs and wanted me to buy a new like for-like pair from them for £300! Save My Device were professional, thorough and prompt with their service. Repaired them for a quarter of the cost. I would highly recommend them.

Ring Video doorbell was not charging.
Leo was very helpful on the phone and when he received it found the problem and gave me a full summary.
He removed some small areas of corrosion, gave the inside a good clean, replaced the battery and returned it by Tracked 24, all for £57. Very pleased with the service and price, and would recommend to anyone.

Great service from start to finish. Communication was clear and consistent, making the whole process quick and easy. I was a bit scared sending my headphones and paying upfront at first, but they made sure everything was handled professionally and reassured me throughout. They even went the extra mile to help me out with the ear pads, which I really appreciated. Overall, a smooth experience I would 100% recommend!

New battery in my Garmin Forerunner 55 watch now back up to 7+ days between charges. Fantastic! Frustrating that only 4 years after purchase the "non-user-replaceable" battery only lasted for little over one day, so well pleased. My device has been saved, so also wallet and landfill! Have not yet been swimming so water resistance untested. Also GPS took a couple of walks before it picked up signal but all fine now.

Excellent service quick return, great value

The speed and the efficiency was great. It always feels like a bit of a gamble trusting your expensive product to a business you have no experience of but from my experience right from the start where we had an extensive WhatsApp conversation, to sending the earbuds and the speed of the service my mind was put at ease. I've always been an advocate of getting stuff repaired, rather than buying new for environmental reasons and I'm so glad that this business has enabled me to do that.

Searched the internet and found the company and really glad I did. Sent my Garmin G30 for repair to charging port and received excellent service. Always kept up to date on process and received back within a week. Highly recommended.
