Very Smooth Transaction
This was all very smooth, I needed a new battery in my Garmin 45. It was quite expensive compared to the cost of a new one but I don’t like throwing stuff away and it was my choice to pay it. The pricing was clear and no “extras” cropped up along the way. All the instructions were clear, the turnaround was as quoted and I was kept updated on progress. Most importantly, the watch is now charging properly again. I would certainly use them again.

As easy as pie
Great communication and a simple straightforward website.

Sent my Garmin watch off for battery repair came back in good time and Communication was great , I found my watch was not connecting to Bluetooth after repairing. So contacted Leo who took watch back to find the problem and fix it will definitely use again

Fantastic experience - regular updates about where my speaker was in the process, I think I got it back in just over a week and working perfectly! Costs less than buying a second hand replacement speaker and more environmentally friendly

My earbuds were down a one hr charge…
My earbuds were down a one hr charge which was annoying so saw the save my device and thought it worth trying to repair them rather than buy new as the worked well the repair has made them usable again not having to recharge for a good part of the day 😊

Saved my Garmin Edge 1030 GPS
Replaced the failing battery in my Garmin Edge 1030 for much less than the cost of replacing it. Fast easy to use service that extends the life of your tech. I've used them before and would definitely use them again.

Garmin Fenix 6x Pro Battery Repair/Replacement
My Garmin Fenix 6x Pro required a new battery and a failed attempt was made to replace it DIY. After many months of it lying in a drawer I decided to send it to ‘SaveMyDevice’ for battery replacement/repair.
The watch was returned fully functional in under 2 weeks for a very reasonable price. Definitely 5star service.
