I purchased the Nova crossbody (actually through Aly Jean Boutique Live) and used it today. I absolutely love how you can change the direction, and the flexibility! I purchased it specifically for my cruise on Dec but probably going to use it daily! Very well made and pretty as well!

The airpod case and wallet can be heavy over the chest and pulls on shoulder. I don't think it accounts for breasts.

I just love it! I use mine for errands and it's so convenient!

Love my clip and go phone strap. Keeps my phone close! I want to try one of the phone purses next.

Absolutely love their products! My newest obsession is the Zip & Clip. I also have the Bella and the clip & go. Keeps my phone handy and I don’t run the risk of losing my phone in a store whole shopping.

Wow! I love Save the Girls😍 How lucky I was to find them first at my local Costco in Aug 2025. The price was right in the two pack packages, so I bought FOUR of the two paks!!! That alone saved me a lot of shopping with the bonus that everyone LOVED this unique gift. One size pleases all! Now I’m checking out the great selections online and most recently purchased a new zip and clip just for myself. The online service was efficient and fast. Recuperating from a major surgery, I find it is saving me a lot of steps, and my medical cards are handy every time I need to produce them, so my hands free zip & clip is both helpful AND stylish… and I love that STG stands on a real mission of service inspired by the desire to help cancer patients through monetary donations and heightened awareness. There is so much for which to say THANK YOU ❣️STG ❤️!!

Purchased my Zoe purse a couple of years ago and loved it so much that I purchased another one (brown) the zip and clip. They are perfect for my life (which includes a lot of traveling)

Bought the crossbody chain and it just didn't work in my job as a teacher. It just kept swinging and rubbing on my neck. I contacted customer service about returning and I'm on day 6 of getting the run around. They have told me on three occasions they sent me a return label via email. I haven't gotten anything. They take forever responding to emails. To me it's just a red flag when a company claims they have a 30-day return policy, but you must email them first to start the return. I wish I would have seen that too begin with.

Company advertises shipping in 24-48 hours. Mine took much longer than that. I'm 2 weeks out and all that has happened is label printed -- carrier hasn't received the package. They have excuses but no one knows where my package is. Cannot get refund until I return non existent package even though I was charged 1.99 package protection. If you must have their products, try ordering from Amazon who has much better customer service.

Received damaged merchandise. They emailed stating they sent out a replacement that I never received
They sent out another replacement purse that also never arrived.

What a waste of money!

I came across a woman selling these locally at a Costco. I asked about the size and whether it would fit my laptop and she assured me it would. I pulled up their website and it was cheaper online but she would not honor that price so I went ahead and ordered it. I bought the trip protect that they offered just in case something happened and I had to return it. Well lo and behold, it did not fit my laptop. So had to return the tote. When they received the bag back I find out that they are going to charge me 2.99 for the mailing label and $5 for shipping. The “trip protect” that I paid for initially didn’t cover any of that. So I’m not sure what it did cover. Any, very disappointing all around.

Ordered July 16 haven't received a notice or anything 8 days later. Have not answered my email haven't received the products...

Order my items on 6/6/26 over $100 worth and my shipment was lost. Tried to get things workout with this company and they are very rude telling me there is nothing they can do for me. I have sent them several emails and updates. Until this day still waiting on my money. After checking on my package still shows delayed im Houston since 6/12/26. I would be very careful ordering from this company never know what you are getting and if you have issues good luck getting your money back.

Order 2 crossbow straps for 100 dollars. Needed to return one due to my phone not be able to hang with the hanging piece they give and I was told I could return it but had to purchase a new one. What do I need a new one for when I am unable to use it with my phone. I was purchasing 2 one for me and one for my sister who has an apple phone which it hangs from the strap safely.... NEVER BUY FROM A COMPANY THAT SAYS YOU CAN RETURN IT BUT THEN SAYS YOU HAVE TO PURCHASE ANOTHER ONE WITH IT!!!

I placed an order yesterday, 4/11/26, didn’t receive an email stating they received my order, I guess I figured this big company would at least send an email.
Will be interested when and if they send a “your order is on its way, notice”

Product came damaged, I returned it. Was told the one stays open so u can put chain in it. They kept part of my money and everything was returned. The wristlet broke within 3 days. Junk

The only cute purse is way too small. Once your phone is in it there isn't room for anything else. And they look cheap. Poor quality "vegan leather". Threads hanging off everywhere.

And if you want to return it...you are only going to get about 50% of your purchase price back. They charge you $8 to return it, then you still have to pay to actually ship it back! Horrible! I wish I would have ordered it through amazon!

It came fast, packaged well, no damage, works great and SOOOO cute!! I just had a baby so I wanted as much hands free as possible and little extra to carry. My little cross body just wasn't cutting it. So I decided to try this and it's perfect!!! I will definitely be getting some more soon

Would have loved to have purchased a touch screen classic elegance phone bag...
