Good work. Nice people

My story in short: I wanted to order a ring in a size that wasn't available on the website. I tried calling customer service for hours, but they never picked up. Then, a few hours later, I received a callback (hooray). They told me to pay a 30% deposit, place the order, and they would call me back (they said the same day) after confirming the feasibility of the ring with the Polish workshop. The callback never happened, and I haven't been able to reach them since. Not by phone (I tried three different numbers for hours), not by email. Luckily, I only paid a deposit. :) Don't fall into this trap, avoid this store as much as possible. I'm sure all the positive reviews are generated. I don't even dare to think about what would have happened if I wanted to exchange the ring...
Excitedly, I'm looking forward to what excuse they'll come up with in response to this review. I've never experienced such poor attitude. How can a business be run like this?

Jako sam zadovoljan sa komunikacijom koju sam imao sa gospođom i preko maila i telefonski.. Također sam zadovoljan prstenom, i brzinom kojom je stigao..

DRAMAT!!! NIKOMU nie polecam sklepu, po tak dobrze ocenianym jubilerze spodziewałabym się czegoś zupełnie innego. W grudniu dostałam pierścionek zaręczynowy z serii This is Love (cena przed obniżkami to 6 790 złotych), w którym jeden z głównych diamentów był bardzo wyraźnie przebarwiony. Nie mam pojęcia, jak tak wyglądająca biżuteria mogła być w ogóle wysłana do klienta. Po reklamacji pierścionek został naprawiony.

Niestety, po dwóch miesiącach używania inny diament nagle wypadł i się zgubił. Pierścionka używałam bardzo ostrożnie, zdejmując go do kąpieli, prac domowych i wszystkiego innego, co mogło by go uszkodzić. Jakość złota też pozostawia wiele do życzenia, w tak krótkim czasie obrączka już zdążyła się porysować i zniekształcić. Aż trudno uwierzyć, że tak drogi produkt od tak znanej firmy może być tak złej jakości.

Po raz kolejny dokonałam reklamacji, na której rozpatrzenie Savicki potrzebował pełnych dwóch tygodni. Z racji tego, że problemy z pierścionkiem wystąpiły dwa razy w tak krótkim czasie, domyślam się, że w przyszłości pojawią się kolejne. Niestety, zamiast zwrotu pieniędzy firma proponuje mi wykonanie nowego pierścionka "z projektem, który wzmocni wszystkie łapki przy kamieniach". Sprawa już otarła się o UOKiK, prawnik powiedział, że mogę egzekwować swoje prawa w sądzie.

Żałuję, że kiedykolwiek zetknęłam się z tą firmą. Oszczędźcie nerwów sobie albo swojej narzeczonej i NIGDY nie ryzykujcie takich problemów, jak moje.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Savicki, and I feel compelled to share my dissatisfaction with their services. My overall encounter with this company left much to be desired, and I believe it's crucial for potential customers to be aware of the issues I encountered. First and foremost, the delivery of the product I ordered was egregiously late. Despite assurances of timely shipping, I found myself waiting far longer than anticipated for the item to arrive. This delay not only inconvenienced me but also raised concerns about the company's commitment to meeting customer expectations. The turnaround time for processing returns was unreasonably long, leaving me with a useless product for an extended period. This lack of efficiency in handling returns only added to the overall dissatisfaction I experienced with Savicki. As a conscientious consumer, I cannot recommend this company based on my negative encounter. I hope that by sharing my experience, others will be better informed and able to make more informed decisions when considering Savicki for their purchases.

Great support and communication during the process of choosing and shopping for the ring.
The ring arrived as promised, on time and in perfect condition, with necessary certificate. There is lack of any official stamp on the certificate, I suppose the invoice I received serves instead.
Overall, good experience.
Hopefully all will be well in the future in case of any repair etc.
