I had applied for my 2 sons' St Kitts Passports with Savoury & Partners last year. As per my initial understanding I was expecting to get their passports in 4 months time. Initially it was annoying me as it took longer than I expected, but recently on 1 March 2023 I received the passports for both my sons after a few follow ups.
Just to add that at times it needed a reminder or a push as I did not get regular updates. But I had a meeting with them when I went to receive my sons' passports and came to understand the challenges faced by Savoury & Partners due to the changing political canvas in St Kitts.
After the meeting I have rates them 4 stars as they did what they said they would and came through with both passports, but I would have appreciated them being more expressive with the challenges being faced and why this delay took place in the first place. If instead of me having to follow up with them, they would have come back with regular feedbacks and updates I would have given them a 5 Star experience.
