Can’t even get a clear answer out of these guys regarding their products.
Technical support is non-existent and uninformed.
Better luck using Reddit.
To respond to your reply. It is a part of your product. It took multiple emails and over a week to get any borderline intelligible response from you.
You clearly don’t have people who understand your own products.
I provided all dimensions taken with calipers for a simple bearing sleeve that 100% is part of your product and came off your product.
This shouldn’t be challenging at all.

You contacted us requesting a bearing sleeve that is not part of our listed product line. To assist, we requested the essential specifications: inner diameter, outer diameter, and overall length. These are the minimum measurements required to properly identify or source a bearing sleeve.
Only one dimension was provided, and that measurement did not correspond to any product we manufacture or sell. Without complete and accurate specifications, we cannot responsibly recommend or supply a component.
Our priority is always accuracy, reliability, and safe machine operation. Providing or guessing at a part without proper specifications would not meet that standard.
While we understand this may not have been the resolution you were hoping for, we remain committed to technical accuracy and product integrity.
