The item itself is absolutely fantastic. The quality of the sideboard we ordered is exactly what we were hoping for and was well worth the wait.
They do however, need to sort out their customer service and advertise the correct deliveries on the website. If something is advertised to take 3 to 5 days delivery, it needs to do that. And if there is an issue, they do need to get in touch with the customer to let them know. Most people would be more than happy to accommodate if there are issues, but a lack of communication, and a delivery that took three weeks longer than it should have done means we can’t rate them any higher than 3. If you’re not in a rush for stuff, it’s worth buying something from here if it’s in the sale as the quality is excellent.

Bought 2 rugs said they were in stock still not arrived after nearly 3 weeks eventually one arrived still waiting for the other not impressed with servive

Good quality product delivered to the door on time

Lovely range of items and excellent price. Item arrived after 3 days.

Tried to return a rug and need information from Customer services but after 3 emails still not response after 4 days.

I am sorry it was a long waiting for it to be delivered about one and a half week anyway I have received the parcel which I am pleased with. Its everything I needed, beautiful coloured pattern with leaves, soft under my feet and its beautify the corner where I put it. Thank you.

Despatch was a bit slow but otherwise all great!

Utterly disgusting company. After six days and two emails I get a reply to say the the item is out of stock and they STILL have my money. They are LYING. The item IS in stock BUT at an increased price.
✔️Update✔️.....upon having a Frank discussion with James on Tuesday my order was honoured and have just received my order today (Thursday) hence my added stars from 1 (to be able to comment) to 4.....minus 1for the hassle

The rug I received is perfect for my living room. It's fairly thick and well made. It was very securely packed. It took nearly a fortnight to arrive, though, but it was worth the wait.

The rug I bought turned out not to be available, but I only found this out when I chased up the order myself, and even then I had to first email and then a day or two later use the live chat to actually get a response. It would be better to just not sell things that are out of stock, rather than taking people's money and then not doing anything until they chase it up. No phone number, only email, and the slow responses did not inspire confidence, though they were always polite. Got my refund but I can't recommend. If you want to buy something from here, maybe check first to see if they really have it before you spend your money.

The order was a week longer than originally stated. However a reply to my email was timely with an estimation of delivery, which turned out to be accurate.

Trouble free ordering and delivery - rugs well wrapped, delighted with them. Thank you.

Good product and arrived in perfect condition on time

Ordered the bedding a month ago and sent several emails. Got a response 4 weeks later to say we hope to ship soon. When I ordered it said 2 to 3 days and still said that on the website. Company needs to be honest about the shipping times. My little boy waited a month for his bedding for his new room

Great item, quality & service

The Vector saucepan quality and aesthetic are great. Scandi Home's customer service, however, needs much improvement. One item has yet to arrive and it's been 11 days and counting. They take at least a day to reply and are closed on weekends. One order was a trio coming in three sizes. Rather than informing me they were out of stock of one of the sizes and asking whether they could substitute a different size, they just sent the different size (in hopes we wouldn't notice?); it was me who had to follow up. Better communication needed.

Speedy delivery, item fantastic far cheaper than any where else!! Would certainly use again😃
