Phishing - à eviter

Le problème à été résolu mais pas sans galère, j'ai dû presque menacer de porter plainte pour fraude pour qu'il puisse me rembourser et annulé un abonnement dont je n'ai pas consentis je le rappelle, j'achetais des bonbons sur un autre site ( lui aussi contacter)
Et ensuite il exige une note de 4/5 étoiles, je vais être franche, ça ne mérite pas 3 étoiles. Mais ils m'ont quand même rembourser la ou d'autre site auraient ignoré

Merci Eugénie spérons que soit disant il faut remercier Eugénie pour résoudre mon problème mais surtout forcer de mettre 4 ou 5 étoiles pour dire que c'est une bonne entreprise pour ne pas obstrué d'autres futurs victimes et le remboursement de 50% d'un retrait sans consentement

Cometí el error de entrar en una página en Facebook y me han hueco dos cobros y no obtuve nada, necesito que por favor me reembolsen y eliminen la compra gracias

Es una estafa, por Instagram dicen que te envian regalos sorpresas y solo pagando el envio.
Completas los datos de la tarjeta y termina siendo una suscripcion a una membresia para intercambiar creditos por regalos
Los creditos te los cobran automaticamente y te suben la categoria de tu suscripcion sin avisarte.
Luego cuando haces el reclamo te piden una reseña positiva en esta pagina para proceder a la devolución del dinero y finalmente te hacen una devolucion parcial del dinero.
Me mandaron mail para que modifique la reseña de forma positiva y me enviaban el resto del dinero, en el mail fueron prepotentes dando a entender que todavia tenian mis datos y podian hacer lo que quieran. Cambie la reseña pero volvieron a desaparecer sin devolverme las transferencias pendientes.
Es una estafa, no caigan, si ven un anuncio en instagram de una caja sorpresa solo pagando por el envio es todo mentira. Me agarro dormido

A great experience to be part of scentamaze,very helpful and thorough

On thé 8th of June 2025 I accidentally bought a gift card from scentamaze. I did not intend to buy anything from scentamaze, but I wanted to buy a backpack from the website of Decathlon & AirPods (..I don’t remember from which site. It was a Pop-up that charged my card from Scentamaze & Glam4hair)and I did not notice that somehow I was redirected to the website of scentamaze (scentamaze.com). After paying the price of the backpack and Pods by my credit card, I recognised that it was a fraud. It was not the website of Decathlon but it was the website of scentamaze, and I never got a backpack nor AirPods but received a 2 EUR gift card from scentamaze.com and also a 2 EUR gift card from glam4hair.com (that I did not intend to buy!). Three days later, I got credited again 7€ from Scentamaze (besides the initial 10€) and 8$ from glam4hair.
I wrote to scentamaze through their online contact form, asking to delete my purchase and send back the 17 EUR to my bank account. I received a message from the customer support of scentamaze stating that I was automatically registered to an auto renewable membership to pay 6.95€ every 2 weeks. I replied that I didn’t want this membership and that I needed to be reimbursed. Some Jerry guy from “Escalation team” told me that he would personally take care of this and that he would make an exception for me coz they want client satisfaction; but in order to do so, he wanted to oblige me to leave a positive review on TrustPilot with 5 stars..
Well, now it’s 6 weeks later and I never received any products nor refund (since obviously they don’t sell neither backpacks nor AirPods)
Here I am leaving this review for other people to take care of these fraudulent activities by companies using this Popup hooking technique to steal people’s money!!

I never intended to buy anything from scentamaze and glam4hair and would never buy anything from them. It was a fraud by sentamaze and glam4hair!!!

While making a purchase on another site I received a pop up saying thanks for the purchase on their site. This gave me credits and membership requiring further payments. I had never heard of this website prior to and am allergic to perfume so would have never shopped in first place, I can say that service was almost decent for canceling everything right away until he told me to leave a review and in turn he would monitor my account to make sure it got canceled and would send it up the line to expedite if I did so. I will monitor my own account at this point

No entiendo por qué me hicieron un débito de mi tarjeta de débito si ni siquiera sé quiénes son ustedes. Hice reclamo al banco, me devolvieron el dinero a mi cuenta, me cambiaron la tarjeta y ustedes me debitaron de nuevo. Estoy muy molesta.
