Worst experience ever and still not resolved, sent an invoice for overstaying booking taken almost 3 months to resolve and still not done, tried calling, leaving messages and emailing. Computer generated response within 3 days more like 3 months, insisting we overstayed and asked for proof, our bookings are over 10 years with the venue, and never experience this. I have asked for the proof they have and guess what wait ..... Same old story.

A company to avoid at all cost! Repeated occasions where their staff would not turn up to open the venues, various communication errors from their staff, invoices overcharged, finding the venue covered in vomit... whatever your worst case scenario could be, school space will deliver exactly that and some more!

Mohammed went above and beyond for us. His communication was excellent throughout, and he proactively solved logistical challenges to ensure our sessions ran smoothly and seamlessly.

Would highly recommend booking through School Space.
I mainly dealt with Saraia who was friendly and professional at all times, quick to respond to messages and open to requests and last minute changes.

Dealt with Emily who was very professional at all times. Answered my queries quicker than the suggested time and always came up with alternatives or suggestions. I have dealt with school-space previously and did not have the same experience. I would definitely use again if I was able to have the same contact. Big shout out to Emily well done.!!

Several people had warned me about this company managing school space bookings and unfortunately, the reputation was true. Despite starting with low expectations and a willingness to collaborate for improvement, the experience only deteriorated further:

- Bookings were frequently cancelled last minute.
- Communication was slow, making it difficult to resolve issues in what should be a straightforward process.
- On-site staff lacked the authority to make decisions, resulting in wasted time during my scheduled sessions.
- Basic expectations were not met. I was asked to do more for, for a poorer service and an increased price.

Avoid.

They are extremely on the ball and always answerd my emails in the next hour!!
They were there to assist me in whatever we needed.
Highly recommend booking through them.

Appallingly bad communication. You are offered to book a call in the beginning of November, but there are no November slots to book. Emails are slow and not leading to resolutions. Extremely stressful and disappointing.

Brandon's service has been superb in securing our new facility in Hammersmith!!

We needed a venue for a visiting Ukrainian world music event. Saraia was absolutely fantastic from start to finish.
I had lots of questions which she always promptly answered and even had to change the schedule last minute and she was straight on it. Brilliant customer support. Thank you Davey

A supportive company

School Space is a fantastic initiative that benefits both the schools and the community. They make valuable spaces more accessible but also reinvest back into the schools themselves. Their commitment to giving back to the education sector is truly commendable. I would highly recommend their services.

School Space is a company on the rise! Their dedication to supporting schools financially while fostering local community growth makes me feel that they will be a vital part of the future of education. They unlock underutilised schools and bring opportunity to the locals. There's no doubt in my mind that they're headed for great success!

We hired the Grange Academy for a charity event and i can't speak highly enough of the service we received from Clive Hibbert, one of the team leaders. He went above and beyond and nothing was too much trouble, especially when our requirements became a little complicated.
I look forward to working with Clive again in the future.

Quite possible the worst company I have ever dealt with! They leave you waiting weeks before they reply, you have to chase many times and still no reply!
football pitches are not cut or marked, goals are rusty with wheels falling off, nets do not fit the goals or are beyond repair!
Still invoicing me for periods that we have not used or booked, this is crazy!
I am happy to submit copies of emails and lack of emails from school-space

Brandon Bennett at School Space has repeatedly assisted our football team to find pitch hire.

Helpful, polite & prompt with our requests over multiple bookings.

Farcical - they took over the football pitches at a nearby school. They don't repair any of the nets. They have increased prices. Today we've just been informed we need to bring our own first aid kits as per their T&Cs. I don't know about you, but I always carry my first aid kit to work to bring too footy at 8pm.

Any school or enterprise with grounds looking for a team to manage them, seriously consider how bad a job they will do for you.

Having worked with a couple of school lettings businesses, we find that Schoolspace care the most and are good at getting to the solutions of problems with each school. Long may this continue!

I have a regular booking and sometimes need to add a space as there is no way of doing it via the website (which is ridiculous). I have to call multiple times and am kept on hold for lengthy periods before I can get through (today after 4 tries I have not been able to). I need to let my players know whether the space is booked - you'd think making bookings easy would be a priority for a booking company. Staff are friendly and efficient once I do get through though.

Really poor communication from them - have turned up to school halls regularly to find problems with facilities and no communication from School Space. Often requires many chases to get a response
