In good hands
After nine years of remission, being advised that my prostate cancer had recurred was a shock. Via my Private Health Insurance my oncologist put me on a course of hormone treatment (Abiraterone) to complement the Decapeptyl injections I was receiving via the NHS. The hormone treatment, and the accompanying intensive monitoring is being delivered by Sciensus - a company I was previously unaware of. I have to say that the Sciensus nurses, and the logistics and organisation behind them, have impressed me. They are pleasant, professional, and well informed. I feel that I am in good hands, and that's important at times like this.

The nurses are always brilliant
The nurses are always brilliant. They get in touch before their visit. They always arrive when they say they will, or let you know if their day isn't going to plan to manage expectations. And, importantly, they're great at what they do too. Always cheerful and friendly, despite what they come to me to do, I look forward to their visits!
