Recently received my bottle of Portnockie 12 year old limit edition. The labelling should never have passed any quality control. This bottle is for collection and not consuming. I’ve had no response to my email. I think as a customer I deserve better than this.

Placed and order on the 8th of April, still waiting.
No reply to emails, no answer on the phone.

Recently ordered 2 bottles and took over a week to dispatch. Ignored 2 x emails and a telephone call.
Dispatched even after I cancelled my order.

Very poorly packaged. Will never order from this company again!!

I ordered a bottle of portknochie on 26 January and am still waiting. I have sent numerous emails through there message thing but wether they get them is beyond me!!! You can’t get through by email or phone!! I want my 89.98 back!! Avoid these fraudsters like the plague

I have "contacted" you via your web site on multiple occasions - no response!
Not sure how I will be able to reach someone or when my order will be delivered - shocking customer service and advertising of availability of a product that hasn't been delivered

I have tried to contact you on a landline but no luck.I paid you £89.98 for the first release of the portknockie special. I am still waiting for my bottle. Terrible site, crashes and doesn’t load constantly.

Have ordered a few times now, never had any issues. So far so good despite some of the earlier reviews they received.
5* from me.
If I have to give a down side, answering messages is not their strong point, and a phone number on their website would be handy.

Ich habe am 27. März einen Glenrothes Whisky 1976 für fast 700 € bestellt, aber nie geliefert bekommen. Der Whisky war wohl nicht mehr lieferbar, ist aber bis heute im Onlineshop verfügbar! Trotz mehrmaliger Kontaktaufnahme und auch der Zusage einer Rückzahlung, habe ich bis heute kein Geld zurückbekommen! Das ist ein riesen Betrug! Auf meine letzten Mails wurde auch nicht mehr geantwortet. Was soll ich noch machen? Telefonisch ist auch niemand zu erreichen.

I bought tickets for one of the competitions on the sight in April. Competition didn't close until June, web page says "Wait for results". I have had no response to email or Facebook messages/comments asking for the results of the competition.

After 2 successful orders - an online tasting and a fine malt whisky - my latest experience has been a nightmare. Order placed on 3rd July. Still no sign of goods, no reply to emails and the one time I managed to speak to someone I was fobbed off. Something has obviously gone very wrong here.

Very Disappointed.

It Says on my account Order completed.
It hasn't been delivered.
No notification of delivery.
No reply to emails.
No answering of the phone.
I'm worried

Worst service I have experienced in years not answering phone multiple e mails no response one person eventually saying out of stock other saying it’s in warehouse, other web site might be a little bit more expensive but do yourselves a favour and try them AVOID scotch whisky world

I have now received my glasses from my order, i was not at home when delivered post man left a note to say were to pick up, funny that they did not do that before, o well alls well that ends well.s.w.world

Good price, which is a major factor but
- packaging was poor
- included glass, nothing special
- worst of all for me was, the carton had the lid missing. A small point for many but important for me!

Bottle arrived well packed and kept informed of delivery. 1st class service

Hi iam a very angry customer!! I ordered some whisky and glasses on tues 1 st of June and I still HAVE NOT received them and we’ve got the 8th today!!!! This is NO way to run a buisness.

A little bumpy to begin with as my bottle got put with the Fathers day delivarys and was a bit concerned as I had no idea why i hadnt recieved a delivary number.
I contacted them via Email and was responded to within the hour with an explanation and Apology and little something extra for the inconvenience. Very happy with the service.

This is a follow on from S.W.W drop us a line, and we will resolve well after 2emails 1 phone number and yet another email, hear we are still no glasses as stated on S.W.W advert, I do not know what more I can do other than not use this company any more
