The company can improve their packaging. My parcel costing £47.98 the scrubbing stone pot lids had come off and I have powder everywhere in the box over my work surface as I opened it. Some bright spark put the address label on the bottom of the box hence why everything was upside down. No extra packaging inside to stop the products moving around. I have small company and never have loose products I package them up so they do not move. You charge enough for your products so there is no excuse. This was a present that I cannot now pass on due to the damage.

I had a great experience. I am little miss messy and this wee bar of soap has changed my life for the better. My washing used to be multi coloured mainly due to pasta,egg and other stains. Various different products did NOT remove the stain...Until Scrubology. Now my washing blends in with everyone else's. I swear my neighbours think I've moved.

The scrub stick is amazing! It removed all of my limescale, then I used the scrub stone to clean the taps and they are now sparkly and like new!
The soap bar for clothes, it did remove most of the dirt/suncream stains on my son’s school polo tops, doesn’t work on paint. Wild definitely work better on new stains not old stains but still does a good job. Fast delivery, no issues will order again and have recommended to all my friends

As for my personal experience, Scrubology delivered what they promised. The product was fantastic. Will definitely repurchase once I run out.

The two stars are because I eventually received one bar of stain remover soap after emailing asking where my order was. Ordered 11th July 2025. They did reply pretty quickly, and said there had been problems with a batch they had. They even refunded my postage. Problems ftom thereon as I had actually ordered, and paid for, two bars. Many emails later and so far no response.

Ordered on the 13th of July, not received any notification about dispatch as promised. Emailed 2 days ago to chase up order, no reply. Not impressed and unsure if I'll ever receive my order! Will update if anything changes.

I think this may be a scam company and the good reviews are fake too!! Order not received. Emails ignored.

Scam company, placed order on 10th July. No response and still not dispatched after paying 2-5 day postage. Avoid at all costs!

Fantastic product. Highly recommend this. Used on my customers bar stools that were showing signs of rust.this product has brought them back gleaming again.

Ordered on 11 July and nothing has turned up by 21 July. No response to email - looks like a scam. Avoid.
Edit: received today 26 July, after numerous emails with no reply and threat of report to Trading Standards

Placed my order 8th July still 20th July waiting for it. I've contacted them twice and no response.

Like so many others .. I’ve placed an order and nearly two weeks later no sign of anything. No reply to emails and no phone number to call. Wish I’d read these reviews on Trust Pilot

I wish i could rate them zero stars. Untill you place an order you will get all sorts of emails and then there is this doomsday silence. I email these guys atleast three times with no response whatsoever. I placed an order on 10th of july and still nothing. Paid for the postage. The tracking on my shop app shows still preparing. Being the owner of a small business myself i believe customer service is the backbone of any one running a business but i am very disappointed with scrubology. I will never buy from them again.

Scam! Ordered on the 8th June- no products have arrived. Emails not replied to.

Cleaning group on Facebook called cleaning tips and tricks are trying to scam everyone into buying this. Which they are claiming is so good its somehow fixing holes in shoes... well i got blocked as soon as I posted. People be aware this IS a scam!!!!

Still awaiting 2 soaps. Ordered 3 and received 1. Customer service never reply

Placed order on 28th May. I emailed, messaged and even messaged on fb with no response. Order has never been shipped and I paid for express delivery.
I have made a claim through the bank, but now I've just received a message from my bank to say this scam company are disputing it!

I placed an order on the 18th of June.
Order confirmed but no shipping details.
No order recieved and no response to my attempts at correspondence.
I have been completely ignored.
I have asked for a charge back from my credit card supplier.

Placed order on 9 June money has left my account. Nothing back from my 3 emails as to why I have heard nothing re the status of my order as I have still not received it. Really poor show and now I have got to involve the bank to get my money back. Very disappointed!!
