Absolutely terrible experience

Absolutely terrible experience. This website should be avoided at all costs. I asked for a simple return label to get a refund for an item, and the customer service did everything possible to make the process difficult. Slow replies, ridiculous excuses, and zero willingness to help the customer. It honestly feels like they are trying to discourage refunds just to keep your money. Completely unacceptable for a company claiming to be “professional.” First and definitely last order from them.

Low quality product that id the jacket I bought had nothing to do with the one advertised in the photo.
Low quality, irrelevant colour in comparison with the deceptive photo .

Refund policy

Has anyone else had a problem with getting a refund from Seame? I sent back a coat on Dec 31st and have the postal receipt but they won't give me a refund as say it has never been returned? Anyone got any advice?

Avoid if you need a refund

I bought a jacket from SEAME for my daughter in September 2025. Unfortunately it didn’t fit so I shipped it back to China from the UK at my own expense as per their instructions. The tracking shows it arrived in China in October but is still in customs. It is now February 2026 and SEAME are still refusing to give me a refund for a mere £42.50! I’m a single parent working 2 jobs and can’t afford to lose this money. Terrible customer service. I suggest you avoid buying from SEAME at all costs.

They take too long to ship stuff

They take too long to ship stuff.
Always they use UPS to ship their packages-most of the time UPS packages are not delivered to the receiver, it’s stolen or shipped back to the shipper (Sesame Gallery)- will never refund the money or admit Package was returned to them.

Also Sesame Gallery doesn’t have good customer service.
I will never get stuff from them again, very disappointed with them.

Terrible company do not use

Terrible company do not use. £70 Coat took 3-4 weeks to arrive it was cheap material looked awful. Cost £22 to resend back to china. ( didn’t look like a Chinese site was not aware of costs to return or that I was buying from china ) then they wanted another £20 said parcel stuck at customs and I had to pay. Do cost over £ 40 just to try this cheap looking coat on. Totally awful, Non or this is brought to your attention whej ordering Still awaiting refund

Good experience

The package was not able to arrive on Ibiza but I managed to receive it elsewhere. Service was friendly, item was nice too.

Furchtbarer Artikel und noch schlimmerer Shop!

Ganz furchtbarer Mantel! Auf der Website sind keinerlei Informationen zum Material aufgelistet. Überall steht es werden qualitativ hochwertige Materialien verwendet und keine für die Umwelt schädlichen. Der Mantel klmmt mit 100% Polyester daher, stinkt zum Himmel und meine haare und restliche Kleidung haben sich sofort statisch aufgeladen! Außerdem war kein Gürtel enthalten. Der Mantel ist dünn wie Papier und hält eben nicht wie beschrieben (im kältesten Winter) warm. Ich habe den Mantel retounieren wollen und es hätte mich mehr als der Mantel gekostet, da man die vollen Retourekosten NACH CHINA selbst tragen muss. Das Unternehmen gibt sich als ein deutsches Start up aus, produziert aber total billig in China und hat eben auch den Firmensitz dort. Was bedeutet: TEURE RETOUREN was man nur im Vorfeld hätte erfahren können, wenn man die AGB's öffnet und im kleingedruckten liest. Denn auf der Website steht unter Retoure auch lediglich: ,,Retouren sind innerhalb von 14 Tagen möglich " nichts von über 60€ Retourekosten und dann kann es auch noch beim Zoll landen! Am besten man liest immer erst die Bewertungen bei ,,trustpilot" zu solchen shops, denn dort steht genau dass was ich hier schreibe 100×. Auf der Seite selbst werden natürlich nur die gefakten ki Bewertungen gezeigt. Oder von Influenzern die anscheinend für jeden S****ẞ (in diesem fall) Werbung machen. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen hier zu bestellen! Außer du willst einen 100% plastik Artikel, online bestellen bei einem Shop der dich dreist anlügt (keine billigen Materialien etc) und einfach nur Geld machen will, mit Massenware aus China (dann zu solchen Preisen) und mehr Geld am Ende für die Retoure und Zoll zahlen als für den Artikel selbst). Absolut dreist und eine Frechheit dass solche Läden überhaupt bestehen bleiben dürfen!

Would never order from here again

Would never order from here again. I ordered a coat and it was too big and too long. The material felt cheap, like it was something from Shein. The coat cost £60! I contacted them for a return and they don’t offer free returns so I will have to pay for the returns postage myself.
