While Search and Filter can seem a bit complicated at first, it works and the support is excellent. I've been using Pro for several years now and strongly recommend it.

Great support from a solid team. Was having an issue with a configuration issue. Trevor responded to my support request quickly and got the answer I needed.

We had an issue with the Search and Filter Pro plug-in not filtering and showing our posts (after updating Elementor Pro) and the customer service (shout-out to Trevor!) who helped us was great! They were prompt (within a few hours of creating a tech support ticket) and suggested a few things, after trying the changes suggested it still didn’t work but he went ahead and helped us in the back-end and fixed our problem! I was amazing by the help provided and the communication from the tech support! Thank you!!

Been using this plugin for a couple of years and it is awesome for making complex data easily searchable and filterable (if that's a word!?) and presenting it to the end user in an easily digestible format.

What's more, the support is great, too. I've asked around 4 or 5 questions and Trevor has always got back to me within 24hrs (often sooner) with a succinct answer.

Drawbacks (it was difficult to think of any):
I think some web development knowledge is necessary to get the best from it, and there are some things it can't do yet but hopefully will in the next version.

5 stars, support was relentless in resolving my issue, which was in reality a new feature.
I just have to underline the commitment that the support has shown and the plugin will allow me to replace others that I am using to achieve the same goals. Much more versatile.
I only ask that you continue to invest in Custom Layouts, because together with Search & Filter it has a lot of potential, especially for those who don't have much knowledge in programming.

Absolutely perfect.

Trevor Nelmes from the Search and Filter Pro Support Team was able to troubleshoot a problem I was having with the Search and Filter Pro form and Dynamic Google Map application. Trevor was able to figure out that the problem was caused by another plugin that was also the cause for overall poor performance on my site! Trevor also provided 'snippets' of CSS which I was able to use to 'tweak' the formatting of the Search and Filter form components.
I really recommend the product as well as the follow-up service from the very knowledge support folks who obviously know the product 'inside and out'.

Trevor is the only plugin support person that I've felt comfortable enough to provide Admin access to my site :)

Search & Filter is a fantastic, easy to use well documented solution searching and filtering results on a website with their fantastic Custom Layouts plugin to compliment it. Additionally, the support is absolutely incredible. Fast, detailed responses with in-depth authoritative guidance. Peerless and highly recommnded without reservation.

I used this WordPress plugin because it seems to be the leading tool for search and filtering custom post types.
Turns out for a noob like me it's not such an easy one to learn how to use.
But the team behind the plugin are very responsive and helpful in getting it to work on my website.
