When my GBP was suspended for 'Deceptive Content' I tried appealing this myself (there was nothing whatsover deceptive about its content)- fail. No way to contact a human being at Google, and of course, no way to find out what triggered the suspension (not that I could correct it now anyway). Thanks Google!
Anyway, Dorian did a great job of battling the bots and getting me reinstated. Guided me through the process with patience and perseverance. Excellent communication too.

Fast, efficent, and they know what they are doing. My GBP was suspended for some vague reason with a link attatched to about 100 different things it could potentially be. After hours of research i resubmitted an appeal only for it to be denied again and banned from making anymore reappeals.
