Ordered water filter for refrigerator

Like that I don't have think about it and it comes as my refrigerator is giving me the red light to replace.

I had this part on standing order for years, and would receive an e-mail in early December announcing shipment, but this time nothing happened. I had to contact Sears and ask for the part. I was told it would be mailed by January 12. It wasn't. After a few weeks, I received an e-mail notifying me that my payment method was inaccurate. I corrected it. The part finally arrived many weeks later than in previous years. I have no idea why this happened.

I appreciate the fact that my subscription arrives every 6 months as scheduled. I'm notified a month in advance, and the following month my part arrives. The convenience of the subscriptions takes away the worry of locating the part every six months locally.

I bought a replacement ice maker for my fridge. The ice tray split into 2 pieces in less than two months of use. They refused to replace the part and stopped answering my emails. Buy from a company that will stand behind what they sell.

The part came early well packaged it was the right part for the right job. Plugged right in easy peasy, just about anybody could do this job safety.
I would definitely recommend buying this from Sears parts Direct. It is definitely the orginal part. No clipping wires. Just pull the stove out from the wall, unplug the stove, unplug the temperature sensor, unscrew the part. Replace the temperature sensor. Screw the temperature sensor back in. Plug the temperature sensor in. Plug the stove in. Push the stove back up against the wall. Turn the stove on to test the part. And it worked perfectly!!

There is no customer service. I have been trying to get a hold of someone for weeks and only get an AI bot. They are not helpful and can't find my shipping status or anything else. It sees i made a purchase but after that it just says, is there anything else i can help you with. There is no one there.
a week later after i got a hold of someone and after a month of waiting for the power board, they just issued a refund. No communication saying anything, just a refund. I'll take it but I won't do that again.

Item came quickly

The automated order process didn’t work well at all but the human associate did a nice job. The element shipped very fast. It wasn’t packaged very well but I bent the attachment prongs back into shape so the element fit as expected. The price was a little high but the service was good.
