These are well-made parts and work beautifully. I purchased roller wheels and pulley bracket. I am so pleased. You could see, feel, and hear the difference between the old parts and these. I bought the cheap junk knock-off parts on Amazon and they failed after only 1 & 1/2 years. Lesson learned, never again. I will definitely use Sears Parts Direct in the future.

Perfect fit! Just what I ordered

Part was an exact fit. Perfect. Shipping costs could have been a bit less.

The part I needed was kind of obscure, but the automated assistant stayed with me until it was located and I was able to order it. The part was exactly what I needed and arrived in a timely manner.

My experience with ordering replacement parts for my dishwasher were fantastic. I really didn’t need to talk to anybody. I just looked up my dishwasher model number and then cross reference did on the website and I read the schematic and it gave me the parts that I needed I ordered them and I received them on time and the videos that were included were very helpful and now my dishwasher is working great I avoided buying a new dishwasher.

Honestly and trusting is the key of has KPI.

I was skeptical at first because the part number wasn’t the one listed in my manual. However, being a Kenmore dishwasher built by Whirlpool the parts I ordered and received fit and performed as required.
The cost for both parts was very good compared to what I found from other sources.

We have a Kenmore refrigerator over 30 years old. It has gone through two boys and two old farts and it is still functioning. It is a tribute to the Sears of the days of old. We miss Sears, but it is what it is. The easy use of your website to locate parts that keep the Kenmore working.

The only issue I may have is the price for the filter replacements. The last time I purchased one it was $49! Now almost $80.00.
