It is great when you buy something and it just works YES!! Support is unbelievable. I purchased over a year ago, just started cruising and there was a problem with the pump! Mike and I troubleshot the issue and he next day! a new motor!! Just fantastic, everything is up and running

Easy to buy, prompt responses on technical questions asked. The order arrived with additional (bonus) swivel connectors I had been concerned about. Delivery was on time with excellent communications regarding status.

We buy one week ago, sent me a tracking # and yet don't received my SeaWater Pro.

On two occasions, Sea Water Pro has demonstrated exemplary customer service. When I first purchased our water maker I was under the impression that it would come with a valve to allow the product water to be discharged overboard if the purity wasn’t to my liking; it does not. When I called to ask about the missing valve, the reason that it was not needed was explained to me but SWP still sent me a valve, free of charge, to allow me to install the water maker the way I wanted to. I didn’t ask for it, they just did. The second time was when I realized that my installation would require two different gauges and a few different fittings than what came with the package I had ordered. I contacted SWP about an exchange and was assured that it would be no problem. All I had to do was order what I wanted on their website and return the parts I didn’t need for a full credit to my credit card. No muss, no fuss, no restocking fee. Sea Water Pro gets a AAA rating in my book.

We made a mistake when installing system. Chatting with Mike at support he identified the problem that was an easy fix. He also helped me through some other confusion I had. It’s really nice to have such excellent support when dealing with this new or new to me technology. It is working fine now. Excellent product. I have 4 fellow boaters with same model and all are very pleased with it.

I purchased a 35 GPH 230V 50HZ unit in 2019. We have one problem in 2020 with the cylinder of the membrane cracking at the seal joint. This was replaced IMMEDIATELY by Mike and it was super easy to dismantle and reassemble. The unit has made tons of water since purchase and we could not have been happier. The costs of the unit, of the replacement filters IS not even comparable with other brands. The functionality is great. No fancy electronic remote controls that will drive everybody crazy. Just simple and effective hydraulic and mechanics simple to use and very effective. If I could redo this again, I would buy their DC models, in order to avoid running the generator to make water. I WILL RECOMMEND THIS BRAND to anyone who intends to install a water maker on a sailboat and does not want to deal with problems!!!!

when the phone rings, Mike actually answers it. he actually talks to you. explaines to you what you need and then in a follow up he will walk you through the installation. The parts came as promised, and they were the right parts the first time. this man knows how to run a business.

They were super helpful, accommodated a last minute shipping address change, and answered my many questions in a quick timeframe.

I would have given a lower rating but the service was absolutely outstanding. I had a couple of early problems with the portable unit I purchased and Mike took care of them right away. The unit is working very well and I’m now happily cruising the Bahamas and not worried about where to get water.

After much consideration I chose seawater pro 20gph ac system. It’s an uncomplicated well designed watermaker that has been a game changer for our cruising life. Customer service was responsive and helpful when needed. Can’t ask for better!
