I cannot recommend Seb & I highly enough. A nice selection of products, easy to navigate website. But what makes it outstanding is the incredible customer service and extra special service they provided. I was purchasing a gift, for someone local, and I was contacted immediately after my purchase to check whether it was a gift, whether I wanted to add a card. I was ordering from overseas but it felt like I was standing in a shop having a conversation with someone in person.

The gift itself arrived very quickly, it was wrapped so beautifully and was very well received.

Lovely size crayons, organic, love the fact the baby could eat them and be fine! The only thing is that the pigments are quite washed out (despite the description saying natural dyes made them stronger). Quite faded colours. At the moment baby isn't bothered, but when he gets older we'll need to get some that are much more pigmented for our little art projects. Lovely idea, great company, pigments need to pack more of a punch.

I had a wonderful experience with Seb and I. My address was showing incorrectly when I placed my order, and when I messaged the Seb and I customer support, they responded really quickly and made sure my order was shipped to the correct address. The item arrived super fast and was beautifully packaged with a lovely touch - you could tell how much thought and care went into packaging (it's also plastic free!) and sending out the order.
