2 years ago my health deteriorated quickly,I couldn't work no more.I had to leave a job which I absolutely loved.I Started putting a lot of weight on,which is quite worrying as I am type 2 diabetic.Second Nature has probably saved my life,I'm losing weight and I feel so much better.I have an amazing coach and other members who are all there for me 24/7.I would definitely recommend Second Nature to anyone who thinks there is no way out,of the over eating habits.I promise you,these amazing people can really help.
I’m beginning to understand pre-diabetes condition and how to get it under control and or reverse it. That’s within few weeks of coaching from Second Nature professionals.Amazing experience!!!👍🏿
The Second Nature program is informative, motivational and supportive. It explains the cause, and how to adopt positive changes in lifestyle and diet that can reduce the risk of becoming a type 2 diabetic. It provides long term help with weight loss, well being, exercise and other factors that help control the onset of type 2 diabetes. I highly recommend this program if you have been identified as pre diabetic.
Second Nature is a fantastic programme to be on, with guidance, support and mentoring as and when you need it. Daily monoriting of weight and meal plans along with the recipes available have really helped me to loose weight at a steady pace. If you have Second Nature available to you please use it.

I needed to lower my blood sugar. I thought I was doing everything right, but I wasn't. Second Nature has pointed me in the right way. I am doing so many steps every day, and I think recording my progress makes me more determined to change things.

Second Nature has been great and I would highly recommend them. The App has been so good helping me with my type 2 diabetes , it is educational, it motivates you to be healthy,exercise,eat well but also be mindfull of yourself too,there are lots of recipes,exercise videos and tools to help you. The coaches are so supportive and as well as group chats you can chat 1-1 with your coach.
cond Nature has been very helpful and really useful to me. It has been great, especially the articles we receive, which really help us in every way. Our coach and team are also very supportive. The programme helps us understand what we need to do, what we should eat, and the amount of food we should put on our plates. It makes everything much easier for us in terms of nutrition and overall health. I’m sure that everyone who has been in this programme will agree that their lifestyle is not the same as before and that it has improved a lot.
It has helped me have a balanced diet.also to exercise on a regular basis.SN has helped me have a different mindset with regards to why its important to focus on my overall well being .
I am gaining the awareness of how what I eat and the portions impact my sugar levels and wellbeing.
I have become conscious of what I drink and my water intake daily.
I have included exercise in my daily routine and have learned to plan small but achievable steps.
Second Nature was recommended by my Dr for pre diabetes. It’s very good and for the first 12 weeks you have access to your health coach who is very supportive.
The course itself doesn’t stress that weight loss is the main goal it’s a very rounded course and supplies all the tools needed to lead a more healthy lifestyle, including how to eat more healthy , how to start new habits that enable you to think about your diet in a much more positive way. It aids sleep and gives the benefits of how sleep has an overall effect on your general health.
A recipe book and weigh scales are provided as well
After 12 weeks you begin a sustain section which gives you the tools to maintain what the 12 weeks have all been about, by various Courses which each last for a 4 week period , again there is access to health coaches and a wider community of people who are all trying to better their health.
It’s a very good course overall and you feel very supported nd hopefully everything you have learnt and processed does become second nature.
