Long Time Satisfied Customer
I have been a customer with Secret Compass since 2021. I’ve purchased no less than 80 pieces totaling well over $100K. Secret Compass is by far the best dealer I have ever dealt with. They have helped me acquire many pieces for my collection that I otherwise wouldn’t have been able to own. Responsiveness and customer service are outstanding. Whenever something has happened beyond their control, they have resolved the issue and immediately. I would not be collecting at the same level if it were not for Shane and his team. I cannot speak more highly of Secret Compass.

The Best Dam Collector Store!!
I have been a secret compass customer for over 20 years. I have always gotten a fair price for my precious (Statues) and they were always shipped in a timely matter!! Secret Compass has yet to disappoint and that's why I still purchase statues from them. Ive always been treated like a valued customer and the service has always been top notch!! I’m very happy with all my orders from Secret Compass, I’ve always had a good experience with them, even on their eBay store, that’s where I found them to start, and you can always get a better deal if you go direct to their website. I’d recommend them to anyone. Also another great thing, is I love prime 1 statues, and they only ask for 10% down for the pre orders, while all the other companies ask for 20% or more. So I absolutely love that, because we all know it takes time for the studios to actually make these statues, and I prefer to give less upfront, then pay off once the product is ready to ship. Thanks for everything Secret Compass and Shane!!

So happy I discovered Secret Compass
I have had over fifty transactions with Secret Compass with currently half a dozen outstanding pre-orders. I cannot speak highly enough of them and especially Shane, their customer service alone has made them my go-to for collectible film and comic statues and prop replicas. Shane has taken the time to shop around to get me the cheapest shipping rates and ensure my orders are packed safely to arrive as quickly as the transport gods allow. Pre-orders are advertised on their website as soon as the manufacturers release the info which I really appreciate especially in the case of deluxe limited editions. Secret Compass has honoured all my pre-orders to date, and I have complete confidence in them for the remaining and future ones.
I love Secret Compass, they are my geek dealer of choice.

Good experience!
I'm honestly not sure about the bad reviews about the company. Most of the time, I receive my items on time. Delays are usually expected but even then, the company doesn't even charge the full amount until they are ready to ship which is reasonable in my opinion.
Shane is always very helpful and responsive. I ordered 20 figures/statues from them which also include JND products which I already received. Looking forward for doing more business with Secretcompass! Cheers!

Absolutely fantastic customer service
Absolutely fantastic customer service! I ordered Weta Theoden on Snowmane from Secret Compass and the statue was known to have hairline cracks on the leg from the factory and even though mine arrived after Weta's cut off date for replacement, Shane at Secret Compass managed to get a replacement sorted with Weta. Had some other issues that were the fault of Weta but these were also promptly resolved by Shane. Can't recommend Secret Compass enough!

Excellent Seller
The original statue I ordered from Secret Compass was lost by UPS. I contacted Shane and he was very helpful. He refunded me instantly and I bought a different statue directly from them instead of through eBay (though eBay had nothing to do with the missing statue and were very helpful as well). This statue arrived in perfect condition and in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone that asked me and I will definitely do business with them again. Thanks Shane !

This is a fraudulent review, by a buyer committing fraud. "Enver B" originally appeared on ebay and purchased an expensive figure. He then opened a fraudulent claim on ebay stating he never authorized the charge and was given his money back. He was kicked off of ebay for this scam and others, here is his user UD:

He has since reappeared on our website with a variety of aliases and addresses and once again attempted to commit fraud, we were notified by Shopify that his latest order was fraud and cancelled the order. The customer threatened to "smash my face" and leave bad reviews, in retaliation for cancelling the order, and somehow--- Trustpilot allows fake reviews from fraudulent buyers while committing fraud. I took a chance and ordered
I saw Secret Compass was selling a set of collectibles that I was looking for so I checked reviews here and took a chance. Shane answered my email questions Sunday night. I paid Monday morning and he shipped same day. Friday UPS delivered it to me. Exactly as described. Highly recommended!! I couldn’t be happier.

This could be one of the most unintelligent shoppers to clog the internet in recent memory. 100% of this review is totally false. Waiting "forever?" The customer preordered a set of Chucky accessories from our website around 6 weeks ago. The customer paid a deposit to secure his preorder, which guarantees him the merchandise and us the sale. The customer reached out to us twice while waiting, once to check on availability and another to check on the guarantee of his deposit. He was messaged back immediately and 100% guaranteed the product, reassured that the merchandise was expected shortly, and that if we could not deliver for any reason, he would have his deposit refunded. In the meantime, this same customer went out on social media and stated that he "probably got scammed." A few weeks later, we got the figure sets in stock (6 weeks after putting the preorder up, which is insanely fast for the limited edition collectibles world) and the customer was invoiced. The customer is refusing to pay the invoice and is still insisting he got scammed. We have the merchandise in stock RIGHT NOW. This customer slandered our company, refused to own up to it, is now refusing to complete the transaction - and is demanding a refund of his deposit. When confronted with all of this, including a screenshot of his slander on social media, the customer stated "the customer is always right." The "customer was always right" in Burger King in 1985. The customer can be and definitely is wrong, as seen here. Complete the transaction, Scott, and we'll ship your order immediately. If not, then you forfeit your deposit, as seen in our store policies over the last 20 years of being in business. We have faithfully offered, guaranteed, and filled 100s of 1000s of preorders in the last 20 years, and are considered one of the cornerstones in the limited edition collectibles world. This product is in stock now and ready to ship.

I don't usually write reviews, but I did a lot of digging before deciding to purchase from SecretCompassOnline and wanted to leave my two cents here since there's not a whole lot of feedback out there. I purchased a Prime 1 statue from them back in December 2022 and the entire experience was great! Because of the holidays I was a bit worried about shipping not updating after a week or two from getting the number so I reached out and they were very quick and nice despite the holidays. We waited a few more days to see if the shipping would update (I am not a shipping novice, so I know when my "hmmmmmmmm" meters start going off and decide to check in). But they were right and the post office was just SUPER backed up but it did update and arrived promptly after. Even customs didn't hit as hard as I expected it to for where I live in Canada. Don't know if I got uncharacteristically lucky or if they are just magic.
Very happy with my experience here and definitely plan to purchase from them again in the future ^.^
Edit: honestly idk why the company 2 years later is replying to all their reviews (good or bad) like they're bad??? Not a fan, very much am a real person with a real order and a real name in their system so idk why we are resurrecting dead reviews for that, especially the ones recommending them. Issues between a site, a ‘customer’, and a company should remain between the parties.
