It has the worst support ever (Subham). Never try using it. I purchased a Canadian ISP but had high fraud score and inconsistent. The support tried to force me to use it.

i bought this service because i heard that ip burger is the best but it turns out that they're even the third best, as i bought this service in order for me to view ads on tiktok and facebook which is not happening, also the login of tiktok not loading up, and it's terrible slow with bad customer support, totally regreting this .

Worst customer service experience ever, they can't help you with the fake ip they provide. They also don't offer refunds, eating where they didn't sow... I wish I could rate them zero star.

i purchased fresh up from the website, the ip didn't run , i communicated with customer services , delay on response , Are not responsible , when they answered told me that everything is good , but i hadn't network connections when i connected with thier ip , i attached screen shot but they wasn't answer me , i requested to refund my money , especially I didn't passed 4 days from my subscription , they refused and offered that return money in my website's wallet , i told to them that i didn't need their services more again and i send unsupscriped request , they hadn't response till now , i'm not recommended this website, bad bad bad services

THEIR API DIDN'T WORK AND THEY GAVE THEMSELVES RIGHT TO KEEP YUR MONEY FOR A LONG TIME, I ASKED THEM THAT I HAVE OTHER PROXY SUPPLIERS TO CHECK AND NEED MY FUNDS IMMEDIATELLY, SINCE REFUNDS TAKE 5-7 DAYS TO COME, THEY REFUNDED RIGHT AWAY AND NOW I CANT USE MY FUNDS FOR A WEEK AND I AM OUT OF WORK FOR A WEEK, I SUGGEST THEM TO CLOSE THEIR WEBSITE AND DONT ACCEPT PAYMENTS WHEN THEIR API DOESNT WORK

They are a dead company. Their proxy ain't working anymore and there is no solution from support except asking me to change ISP/location which doesn't help. Please be also careful with your billing plan because they will charge your cc monthly even you cancelled your plan.

5.SPAM Block List: Blacklisted IP Reported as Blacklisted.

Absolute scam! I got the 3 month deal, and what a waste of money and time that turned out to be! Most of the time ipburger just simply does not work, it stays on "connecting" for ages. If it does ever "connect", it runs the websites so slowly that I cannot even visit regular websites, let alone streaming anything. The worst service ever. I will go back to using Express and Nord Vpn. Oh and I discovered that the prices for residential proxies on ipburger are 6 times more expensive than other providers! Unbelievable. Stay away.

Too much disconnect issue in extension, Auto disconnect again and again. Then if issue resolve it again happen after 1 to 2 week, not stable as other service providers!

Their residential proxies claim to be "100% Abuse-Free Guarantee" - but every single one I purchased was detected as a VPN/proxy with IPqualityscore straight away. Even the type came up as "commercial" not "residential" so the service is completely useless. They gave me store credit on the first refund, so I tried purchasing another one, only to find the 2nd one also detected as VPN. They refused a refund on the 2nd, useless service.

They are selling datacenter proxies as residental then refusing to help or refund you. DO NOT COME TO THIS SCAMMER COMPANY!

it's a really bad experience I don't recommend you to use it, bad IPs and it's blocked and banned from a lot of websites.

dreadful website becasue many many websites are blocked on it. almost all financial instutions are blocked on IPBurger and this isnt stated ANYWHERE on their website

SCAM! I asked for the service to stop 3 times and still continued! Smells like scam
