Jeremy and the whole Secure Data Recovery staff were fantastic! I sent in my hard drive and received a reasonable quote. They were able to quickly complete a full recovery of my data. Via an online website, they had me verify that all of my files were in tact. To my horror, after looking at the files, I realized that I had sent them the wrong hard drive! Jeremy was very understanding and never made me feel guilty for my mistake. We simply started the process over with the correct hard drive, and again, I receive friendly and prompt service. I was happy to find a company that could recover data from a severely damaged hard drive. I'm sure that I'm not alone, though, when I admit that I was baffled by the data when it was returned to me. Since I didn't have a catalog of everything I'd lost (who would?), it took a lot of hunting to track down what they were able to recover. And, while others might have understood this, I didn't realize that the programs that drove my data were not recoverable. For this reason, I couldn't even look at the data until I'd installed Windows, Office (paying for each), and the personal software I use. All in all, an unavoidably stressful venture that ended well. You guys are amazing. I had just taken over IT with this company when we lost a server (RAID array) with no recent viable backups in place. Faced with the possible loss of over a months worth of data, we sent our drives to you guys. Alec Sakenes was instrumental in guiding us through the process and provided excellent communications and regular updates. Needless to say, my first task as the new IT guy here was to put in a new, functioning backup system!

Jeremy at Secure Data Recovery got all of my key data back from an external hard drive that failed. I had a backup running but my installation of Windows 10 changed the drive lettering and through the backup off. Wouldn't you know I had key new work that didn't get backed up during that key time.

First time I've ever had to enlist data recovery services, and Secure Data Recovery Services did not disappoint. For a very reasonable price, considering the investment I had in my data, I got it all back!
